It's a mess there. Order wasn't ready as indicated and it was wrong. I can't tell if they're just short staffed or they just don't care. Maybe I'll try a different location next time.

I guess this place has been around for a while. I was disappointed. Wings tasted like old chicken undercooked in old grease and not all the wings had seasoning or sauce on them. The fries we're supposed to be a home cooked style and tasted like they were marinated in grease and warmed up. I'll never eat here again and I'll never understand the hype. If ppl hype this place up they've never had quality fresh food.

First time ordering from this place and completely disappointed. Food arrived colder than my leftovers in the fridge and so over seasoned they were not even edible. These are stated to be thighs but looked and tasted like every other white meat chicken nugget from the freezer section of your grocery store. Not even close to the description on site. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and get the $1.99 nuggets elsewhere. Will not be a returning customer

if I could give zero stars I would. We called at 10:55 to put in a large order of wings and they claimed they were taking no more orders. When I asked what time they closed they said midnight. So over an hour before you close you can't take any orders? Then I called back and asked to place an order. They said sorry we have closed early. Hmm a different story different person...weird... when I asked to speak to a manager they placed me on hold and 25 minutes later THEY HUNG UP ON ME! Never eat here never order here!

Called in a carry out order Sat night. When I got there my order was not ready by time they told me. Had to wait 40 more minutes!!!! What I witnessed while waiting was a horrifically managed restaurant with the rudest woman working the register. She was foul mouthed and treated customers and staff poorly. There was a food delivery person in the lobby waiting for an order. The delivery person asked how long the order would be, explained the order was already late and that previous drivers had unassigned. The woman working said 8 minutes more at most and assured her it would probably be even less. After the delivery person waited 20-30 more minutes and asked about the order again, the cashier yelled at the Grubhub driver and told her to leave. I could not believe how horrible this cashier was. When I finally got my order and brought it home, they shorted me 4 wings and the rolls were doughy. I will never be back again. Owners pay your staff better, stop taking orders when you get behind and stop using delivery drivers if you can't get their orders completed in a timely manner. They do not get paid for waiting around 30 minutes, especially when lied to and verbally abused by staff. Get rid of that foul trashy woman working the register. She is driving your customers away. I won't be back and neither will the many people who were waiting an excessive amount of time in the lobby. I witnessed 6 delivery drivers leave in disgust after waiting too long for their orders. Zero stars if I could leave that as 1 star is too many. I felt sorry for all the cooks. How can they enjoy that work environment

This Wingstop is horrible I sat on hold for 20 minutes and then when I called back I talk to somebody and then next thing you know I hear the saxophone from the waiting music what type of service is that?

Let me start off my saying we enjoy their wings. We called to place an order... busy.... busy....busy We thought we'll just start to drive there, 20'ish minutes. Call again, finally someone picks up, and tells me to hold. Oh! Kind of rude, but ok - lovely classical music... we are still driving and on hold... pull In To the parking lot... still on hold... 10plus minutes. My husband takes the phone in with him, music still playing, still on hold. I was for certain there must be a line out the door, I mean it's wings, not concert tics... well as my husband gets inside the girl taking orders grabs the phone... and hangs it up... What....15 minutes on hold now standing inside... needless to say we ask for the manager D .... he says I'm really not the manager, but you can call that number on the wall if you want, and then walks away... what just happened... is this how you run your business... During COVID-19 ....is this what it has come down to for customer service. I am truly completely appalled. You hang up on us, rudely say there's a number on the wall, and walk away. Shame on you and your employees. If I could give a negative number I would.

Rude service and unsanitary workplace. Non of the workers had on masks. The cashier was unprofessional I've waited for 15 mins and asked her when my order was going to be ready and she had the nerves to tell me to quit asking. I've seen her wiped her forehead full of sweat with her hand and went back to working on the wings. I've seen her do this twice. At this point I was disgusted. This place use to be one of my top wing spots but now I probably will never go back.

The service was super fast I was happy until I get home to eat my wings that was still warm and my wings looked like they went from the fryer straight into my box.doused with grease. no buffalo sauce if any. Like could not taste any sauce It was truely dissatisfying I will not be spending my money here any time soon definitely didn't get what payed for. I've never had a bad experience here before. Employees where also super short sentences and couldn't bare a smile if they where payed for it I'm usually a super easy going customer barley any salt on my fries so I came back but the wings where just I work in restaurant as well so I should know loves super bad service. Late night craving. Decided to stop at Wingstop. Go at Wingstop around 10:50pn. After taking our order, we waited. Cleaner started putting chairs up.Closed inside early at 11:15, not allowed to eat in. Also, used bathroom and locked out but lady worker made husband walk around instead of opening the door. It was only 10:50pm and Wingstop supposely opened until midnight but there doors were locked?? Also a group came in after us around 11pm and was told they could not eat in. Chairs were all put up by 11:10. After, taking the picture of there open until midnight sign, it was turned off at 11:15pm. The gentleman, who took our order was courtesy and nice so was the gentleman, who gave us our order. When we got home, we were missing a side of vegetables and both fries unseasoned when I asked for one to be seasoned. Chicken was over cooked and dry. Very little sauce on wings. Called them at 11:35pm but no one answered therefore left a message but no one returned my call. Today is Monday, still no one called. Poor customer service.

Ok, I tried to give this location another try. I used the Wingstop app to order 30 piece crew pack and not everything is in the bag. No one double checked to make sure the order was complete so again I place an order through the app and it comes up short again. This makes the second time this has happened and as I walked in all the staff was doing was shooting the s*** with each other. No one was checking orders to make sure they were correct at all. This shows they lack responsibility and whoever owns this location just doesn't care about customers orders being correct.

We stopped here for take out on a Sunday afternoon. We got boneless and bone in wings and a lot of fries. The wings are pretty good quality. There are a lot of options for spice / sauce. The food came out pretty quickly. The fries are really delicious, might be fresh cut? Service was very friendly. We will return! Thanks!

I had a serious hunger for wings and didn't want to go to sit in or get anything too fancy. While searching through Google this spot popped up. I have always wanted to give Wingstop a try so I decided to stop on by to pick up an order. From the outside it doesn't stick out but on the inside for some reason I was thinking New York City hole in the wall small shop. Anyways I ordered 20 wings, half Origional Hot and other half Mango Habenero. The service was really fast which kind of didn't suprise me considering they must have tons of orders and they do specialize in wings. When I got home and opened the box I was pleased with how the wings looked. They weren't big but neither were they tiny. I think they were just the right for what I paid for. In terms of flavor I really enjoyed the Origional Hot Wings. Sure they were just average Buffalo wings but they hit the spot. As for the Mango Habenero I was super disappointed. They were way too sweet, no Habenero kick at all. I felt deceived, I was hoping for some heat but I was seriously let down. Overall this place isn't that bad. For the price of what I paid for I was satisfied with what I got. This would be a great spot for when I just want to down a bunch of wings without much care of anything. Next time I will just get the Origional Hot and stay away from the Mango Habenero.

The hubs and I visited this location for the first time on 9/22 after multiple disappointments at the Brooklyn Center location! WOW! What a night and day difference! We had the pleasure of chatting with Dee. The teamwork here is fabulous! The restaurant was CLEAN! Our food was cooked fresh to order! We'll most definitely be back! If you're craving wings & hand cut fries head on over and get your fix here! You'll be hooked!

I love Wingstop! So many flavors and the wings are made fresh. I usually order my wings to take home, but this is my first time eating in this location. Being that it's in the Har Mar shopping center, there's plenty of parking. The store was also very clean as well. I ordered the Cajun wings and hot wings (bone-in) and my boyfriend ordered the Louisiana (which is less salty and "spiced up" than the cajun) and hot wings as well. We ordered the combo and got a drink and seasoned fries out of the deal. In terms of value, you get more out of Wingstop than you do in other wing shops, which makes it worth it. There's lots of flavors to choose from with varying spiciness. They also offer boneless option as well, but I'm personally a bone-in kinda gal.
