The servers on the floor are rude and without customer service, I asked for something to drink two servers 1 guy and one gal all I got was a straw while both of them continued to bus tables, while I was choking on my food without a beverage, I had to rush to the server station while turning blue ready to call 911.the gentleman at the flat top build your own stirfry has been there a long time and is always very accommodating, and tipped regularly, what a nice guy

My family and I have avoided most Chinese buffets due to unclean environments and past experiences with food poisoning. However, Super Moon Buffet has always maintained cleanliness and quality, prompting our continued patronage. Unfortunately, this past weekend marred our experience when my car was vandalized in their parking lot, leaving my back windshield shattered. I reported the incident to the police, but they were unable to take action as Super Moon lacks surveillance cameras. I was informed that similar incidents had occurred previously. The buffet also refused to have their insurance cover the damages, and my insurance won't cover citing the cost was below my insurance deductible. Despite our fondness for the place, the fear instilled in my family from this incident has led us to decide that our last visit will indeed be our final one.

Okay food, the hibachi is definitely where it’s at you can select what meat you want as well as the veggies and sauces. Really wish they would add rice in there to make your own fried rice but maybe in the future. Very crowded on a Saturday evening..

It's getting harder to find buffets nowadays. I think several of them closed during the pandemic and never reopened.This is almost 40 min from where I live but I prefer this than the one on 694. My girlfriends liked it too.I asked them to come around 1:30 pm last Saturday to avoid the lunch rush and some of them were worried that there won't be "enough" food but there was and they're fresh, meaning, they have not been sitting out there for quite a while and getting tough.There's a great deal of selection and the place is cleaner than some of these buffets I've been to. I always forget to take photos of the buffet but I'll take some next time.

Went between lunch and dinner. Choatic, to say the least. Self seating was a nightmare. Walked around several times to try and find a place to sit. Because diners self seated, it took forever for servers to ask what we wanted for our drinks. The only dish that tasted mediocre was at the mongolian grill. Everything else tasted off. I vomitted after the feast. I'm never going back there again.
