“This place has been on my list for sometime now. Finally, my bestie and I took the ride to Saint Paul Park to see what the hype is all about. We walked in and you could hear a pen drop it was so quiet .... Bingo was in session (I get it, I love bar bingo too). Note, 328 Grill is located inside the VFW. From my understanding its seat yourself... at least that's what we did. We waited about 5/10 minutes before we were helped, not a huge deal, it was fairly steady for a Tuesday night. Our waitress was fine. We ordered the cheese curds to start. For meals, we had the jalapeño bizness burger with Cajun fries and the fried chicken Sammy with fries. We asked for the fries to be cooked extra/crispy and our waitress was a little snippy... she said the kitchen is busy so if they are able to. However, our fries came out extra crispy.... Very good. Burger was good. Wasn't spicy hot, nice jalapeno flavor. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was alright. Too much mayo for my liking. I probably wouldn't get that again. The cheese curds had a nice breading/flavor on them. However, some curds had no cheese in them, so that was a bummer. Overall, good experience. One downfall, kitchen is only open til 8:00pm.“
