The Owner was so friendly and provided amazing service! But the real reason to come here is the Chicken! LOVE the Galbi, Gang-Jeong, and Secret Sauce flavors. Everything comes out hot, fresh and delicious.Can't wait to go back!

It’s my favorite fried chicken. I used to be a bonchon girlie, but after trying k.bbq chicken for the first time however many months ago, I haven’t thought of eating bonchon once. My usual is the 8 pc soy garlic boneless chicken with a side of rice. It’s so good and a great flavor recommendation for someone to try first. (The honey one is also a good baseline flavor here)Keep in mind that they cook it fresh, so it’ll be a little bit of a wait once you sit down, but it’s not bad. I also recommend dine in if you can; the chicken is still yummy after cooling some but its texture is just so good when super fresh.
Emily and the team at BB.Q were amazing! I felt welcome from the second I walked in. She walked us through the menu, made suggestions based on our preferences, and hit a home run with the food and execution. The food took no time at all. Fast casual Korean food is amazing, and BB.Q does it SO WELL!

The food is cooked to order. With that being said, this is by far THEE most expensive chicken restaurant in the Twin Cities. I had a small (8pc) wings. These aren't whole wings, just drums and flats for $15. I split the original (4) and (4)spicy original for an extra $2.50, which had my total at $19 with tax. The beast and thigh are cut in half and counted as 4 pieces of chicken. This place isn't for everyone, as it could get expensive if more than one person is eating. The food itself was good, but comparable to other Korean fried chicken places in the Twin Cities.

I'm Korean.When the St. Paul branch first opened, the bb.q chicken tasted 99% the same as what I had in Korea.However, the whole chicken (half original, half secret) I ate today, March 20th, was so salty that I threw away half of it.The secret sauce seasoning and fries are still delicious, butThe saltiness of the chicken itself is too salty… .Is it tailored to the tastes of local people?Or did they just plan it for today, March 20th?I think sellers should test the taste periodically and try not to lose the original taste.
