Nice location from CHS and cool layout/decor. Pretty bad customer service with the bartender (even considering circumstances) and enough other places to go and not waste your time here. One guy working and line started so announced that "sorry I'm only guy working and I can't have you guys standing around but I don't know where you guys should go." Just a better way to handle it and politely do.

Wish I could go zero stars. Called this place a few days prior to my arrival to make sure they were opened due to all the Covid stuff. Even confirmed their hours. Arrived at 8p and the doors were locked. Several people inside. Outside, there were 7 of us wanting to get in. Finally got bartender's attention and he cane to the door and said, "we're closed." When I asked what time they closed, he looked at his bare wrist and said, "now." Now this was bad enough, but a short time later, after clearing out the folks inside, he came to the bar outside and chose to sit right next to me where I was enjoying a beer. There he decided to lecture me on what it was like to be a bartender, stating I had. I idea, and then telling me, "you aren't even from here, so you won't be back." I told him he was wrong on his first point, but like most people over 40 (his age) my bar tending days were way behind me. I did, however, know then and now the importance of taking care of customers, especially 7 beer drinkers ready to spend money. On the 2nd point, told him is was correct. I was a tourist, but I'd be sure to let everyone know what j*** he was and how bad the establishment was. Here's the kicker, apparently there was "a guy" left in the bar. I'd seen him on a laptop while we were trying to get in. I certainly knew the bartender wasn't the owner, but wondering about the guy left inside. Thinking he was the real decision maker. So, know they don't give a damn about you as a customer. The bartender hasn't made a good impression anyone. I'd recommend to anyone to steer clear. It's not a real brewery and this area is really nothing more than a touristy type area to separate you from your cash. Go at your own risk.

A little spendy but the spicy chicken sandwich is amazing! Beer is good and the environment is fun.

I liked the food and the beer was good. Friendly wait staff. Just wish they were open for lunch.

The burger is great and the match stick fries are very good. We also liked the fried Brussels sprouts (they are very deep fried!). My wife really liked the hazy IPA and I would recommend the Munich Dunkel if you are a malty dark beer fan like me. I also had a coffee golden ale - it was pretty good.

Have been wanting to come here to try out the infamous burger. Found street parking and found our own table although it's set up like a tap room so you can order and sit at the bar as well. They gave us samples of a few beers to try on tap. They were pretty good, but no cider options and I'm not a big beer fan. We ordered a basket of fries to share as the burgers don't come with anything. The fries were thin, hot, and crispy and enough for 3 of us to share, but would have wanted another basket if we had more people. The burger was definitely fantastic with awesome flavors, but $14 seems steep for a burger that doesn't come with anything besides the burger and toppings. We had good service and would come back if I'm around the area again.

It's a cool spot with good food and great cocktails. The burger does live up to the hype!

I really, really like the piano bar lounge. The seating very comfortable. The atmosphere is modern, sophisticated and unusually relaxing. I recommend John Eller at the piano bar. A lot of fun. This big talent has a great song list. And if it isn't on the list, he'll figure out how to play almost anything.

Best burger. Normally I would be shunning the fully cooked patties and the flavorful toppings as I am typically a burger purist - it's all about the quality and cooking of the beef and a truly delicious burger shant require toppings whatsoever. However, this burger rules my world. It is one of 3 ways to my heart. Delicious fries. Super skinny and with malt salt. Also worth the visit on their own. I am a fan of sour beers and they often have 3 on rotation. Most recently have enjoyed the raspberry smoothie. The name is a good description as it does seem dessert-like and very easy to take down. The shrimp roll is Ps favorite. Imagine delicious seafood stuffed into fresh bread with tangy giardiniera veggies and sauce-i-ness. Like most places downtown, you are going to have to deal with parking. Weeknights are often surprisingly quiet, but be prepared for crowds on the weekend.

Best burger I have ever had!!! My husband's favorite food is a burger so he can be fairly picky and he said the same thing. We also had the wings which were good. The burger doesn't come with a side so we ordered fries to share. They were pretty good too but could be a little crispier. However, the delicious burger, the awesome lower level lounge with live music (don't leave without checking it out), and the good beer warrants 5 stars! Highly recommend

Open for a year, so I feel like the limited menu food should have come out at the same time. 1 of 4 orders came out. Then we had to ask for the 3 remainder orders about 20 minutes later . Prime real estate! Get this worked out!

Staff was so great and accommodating the other night I was there. Their burger is unbelievably good! Atmosphere is great, both upstairs and down. Already planning my next visit cuz I’m still thinking about that burger lol
