Oh My G....the people don't look like they changed their clothes, the lady taking the order breast was on the counter while she bent over, shirt and apron filthy. They all just look so disgusting, I wouldn't dare let them cook my food. Yes!!!! personal hygiene matters!!!!

I ordered a gluten free sandwich and lunch box. Everything came with gluten. As a Celiac I highly recommend you avoid for GF food

Hands down one of my favorite places in the skyway. Everything I've tried here over the past couple years has been stellar - burgers, sandwiches, soups, wraps... The Cuban is my favorite and they've made it even better with an herb ciabatta bun. Chef's kiss!

Great place go to. A lot of options for salads, soups and other foods. I go for breakfast and lunch once a week. I do get the same thing every week as when I have tried other things, I was disappointed. I had one of there wraps and when I went to eat it everything fell out of the tortilla shell. They use way to big of a tortilla shell for this.

Cassie’s used to be such a good spot for quick food that was good quality. My recent experiences have been far below my previous expectations. I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich, which come with chips or fries. I wish I would have asked for the chips . The fries were in bowl placed under a heating lamp. I opened my box while still at the deli counter and my fries were soggy and greasy. I asked if there were fresh fries coming out and the woman said those are fresh, they just came out. I literally opened my container 15 seconds after she handed it to me, so I cannot even give consideration to possible steam condensation in making the fries so wimpy.The bbq pulled pork sandwich was almost as bad as the fries. Very little bbq sauce and terribly over seasoned. So salty that I only took a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. If this were the only time I’ve been disappointed, I wouldn’t be writing this review. However, I had a chicken salad sandwich not too long ago that was way more mayo and water than anything else.I hope Cassie’s gets back to their prior standards. They’ve only got one more shot with me…if it’s bad the next time..I will not return.

I ordered a cheese burger and received a cheese burger. I got Buns, Patty, and Cheese. Okay, well the order showed tomatoes and lettuce as well as fries on the side. For 11.99 I would expect it would come with lettuce tomatoes and fries but nope. I got the Buns, Patty, and cheese.

Wow! Never been here until today. Ordered a Reuben Sandwich and French Fries. The grill man used white bread and American cheese! What kind of a cook puts a Reuben on white bread with American cheese? Cold skinny French fries. The cashier took her sweet time coming over to ring up my order, since she was too busy talking to her coworkers. Yawn. Boring and mediocre food and service. Never again.

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap lunch box. The customer service was ok from the men, but every time I come here the bigger lady with dark hair always seems to act like she doesn't know how to talk to people and turns away even if you're right in front of her (I've also witnessed her pick her nose and scratch her head without washing a while ago which is why I stopped coming a year ago.) I wasn't too impressed by the wrap. And the 'carrot sticks' they gave me were expired packaged ones like they give in school lunches for kids.

Amazing location for lunch! Staff is very helpful. Communication from this location is phenomenal.Ordered a huge group lunch, they had everything made correctly and on time.The soup and sandwiches had our entire office smiling ear to ear.
