Cute little tea place on university. It’s not as busy however, service is quick. I love the bubble tea there and I normally get the milk teas. (Rose and lavender milk tea). The other flavors are good also.

I got a shave ice bowl. Mango, mango jellies, and sweetened condensed milk. It was light, refreshing, and delightfully delicious!!! My fiance got a blueberry strawberry smoothie with mango jellies. You can really taste the blueberry. This is a yummy smoothie. We will definitely come here again. Give it a try, especially if you are curious about Korean shave ice
This place is highly not recommended. $6.50 for 1/3 of coffee and the rest is ice. Don't even taste like a Vietnamese coffee either.

I love the BOBA here and the drinks!! they have a variety of different options with the flavors and poppings. They also have really good Bing bowls, you won’t be disappointed. Very clean restaurant and very fast service. A young black lady helped me and she made my drink so amazing!

Oh my gosh. This was terrific. I received a delicious Razzle Dazzle with mango popping boba. The service was quick and friendly. The environment was clean and welcoming.

I went in for the first time and got the Hokaido* bobba and it was delicious ?The young lady in the front was very nice and did her best to answer my questions. When she didn't know the answer, instead of giving me a random answer she went to the owner to make sure it was 100% correct.It was a quick in and out, but the drink was good and the service.*the drink*The drink was part of the milk tea options. I usually like to get the regular milk teas whenever I go to a bobba Cafe. The Hokaido wasn't too sweet, which is what i like. Usually at the newer cafes they give you the options of 25% 50% 75% 100% sweetness for level.I would say the hoikaido was a 25-50% sweetness. Again, I guess it's up to the individual too.

We were the first customers and arrived right as it opened at 10:30AM; door unlocked. The lady behind the counter did not welcome us at all. Instead, she told us we had to wait because they had just opened. She did not look like she wanted to be there, nor wanted us there. Shortly after I arrived, two separate customers arrived and she gave them the same treatment. One guy must have been an Uber Eats order. She told him it'll be 20 mins. He had to cancel the order and walked out. 15 mins after arriving, I finally ordered two exact drink. She prepared them separately, which was fine. But then she prepared one drink with the pearls at the bottom and one drink with the pearls on top. She handed them to me and did not say anything. I grabbed my drinks and said "You're welcome." It didn't get any reaction from her. Will never go there again.
