I know people had negative things to say about this location, but honestly every time I go usually during a lunch, they get me in and out. I only have 30 mins! I believe they are doing the best they can with employees and difficult customers. I give them 5 stars because the public is a difficult crowd. Everyone who has served me was polite, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. Just be patient l!
I would rate 0 stars if I could. Did an online order through the app for pickup. Front door was locked and had to wait for someone to walk out to get in. Someone behind me said something about that and the cashier couldn't have cared less. Got my food and found no guacamole. Paid extra for it. Place is dirty and they are always out of something. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Will not return.

This chipotle is run very poorly and with VERY little attention to the customer. They were not busy at all, and I sat and waited for my online order for 15 minutes Straight. Very little competence. I highly recommend visiting a different Chipotle if you have the chance
