Such a fun throw-back drive-in! A little but of a difference here, though, you can be treated to "standard" drive-in fare (burgers, hot dogs, etc.), but they have a slightly Italian flair. You can get your burger with a side of spaghetti or fries. The banana malts or the vanilla cokes are out of this world. Only reason for taking a star off is the wait/serving times are long and slow. I know they make everything fresh to order, but waiting 45 minutes for 2 burgers even seems excessive to me.

Went for the meatballs, but stayed for the Cherry Coke This is such a cute old-school drive-thru in Saint Paul. I got the meatball sandwich and a Cherry Coke. Honestly, I wasn't blown away by the sandwich. IMO, it was reminiscent of a school lunch meatball sandwich. Not bad by any means, but a little pricey for what you get. However, the Cherry Coke was wonderful!! I will definitely be coming back for that and to try some of their sides.

Best neighborhood place to get a burger. I've been going there since I was in first grade and it never disappoints. I would go with the Italiano sandwich and drink it down with a marshmallow malt. I hear their fried chicken is fantastic as well but I've never ordered it,maybe next time. I know it got featured on the Diners,Dive,n Drive in so try and catch the episode it was featured on if you don't take my word for it.

I don't know if I would consider this place Italian haha but the food is good with some great retro vibes to boot! Local little place that's worth stopping in to!If a spot is available they will take your order at the little drive in areas and bring the food right out to you!

This is a must-go!!! BEST meatballs & sauce!! Old-fashioned vanilla cokes! Only bad part - they are only open a few months a year!!

We had not been here for a long time, and decided to make a stop just recently. Of course we did the walk-up window, not fully realizing we could also order at our car through the speaker menu. Of course it only took me a few seconds overlooking the menu, to make a choice. I had to get the meatloaf style sandwich, with some onion rings, and a fish sandwich for later. Of course it took like 15 minutes to get our food. But, since everything was made fresh, it was well worth the wait. I really liked the deep fried flavor of the onion rings and the fish sandwich as well. Of course I would like to go back to try their world famous pasta or spaghetti as well, and the really friendly service as well. It is well worth a visit!

We stopped here recently. So glad we did, since it had been awhile since I have to a classic drive-in, and a lot longer since I had been here. I liked to you could order at the window, or order at one of the individual stations kind of like sonic. When we did order it took like 10-12 minutes to get our food. But since it was made fresh, I didn't mind. What I liked was having a frenzy type of shake. Also to compliment my dessert I had some onion rings and a cod fillet sandwich which both tasted so good and deep fried. To take home I decided on the italiano sandwich which is actually a meatball type of sandwich. It did taste really good at home. So good to go back and try some pasta. Especially since they are an italian drive-in.
