I love Famous Daves! The food is ALWAYS good; service is always good. The St Louis ribs are my favorite ?? But Dave, please bring your azz back to WOODBURY! No one has time to keep driving to St Paul in all that dang on traffic for some ribs! Come back! A loyal customer

We didn't know Famous Daves had become lousy fast food. You order at the front, get a number for your table, get your own drinks. My son and I both had brisket. It came on cafeteria trays. $45. for 6 Oz of brisket on a day old slice of white bread, Grey potatoes that looked like they were 3 days old, 4 Oz of dried out, Mac and cheese with a $5. upcharge. When our food came , we were told our buns were cooking and would be brought out when done, never got them.We eat out a lot. This made my top 5 of worst meals in the twin cities. We left hungry. Would NEVER go back.

It’s isn’t the staff’s fault if the recipes aren’t great. The new seafood items are boring. No one in my party was overwhelmingly pleased with our lunch. The lady who brought us our food was nice and helped remedy a little issue for us with no negativity whatsoever.

Ordered the Dave Burger with Jo Jo fries and a side salad.The meal was spectacular and obviously very filling.I love all the different BBQ sauces to dip in.Great fast service and food was served piping hot.Great stop if you are in Highland / St Paul, West 7th area.
The atmosphere was what you would expect, and the staff was pleasant, but the place was virtually empty when we walked in. You order at the counter. A meal for 2 with a shared appetizer was over $56, add a tip and it was $73. Even though it was empty, it took over 40 minutes to get our food. To add insult to injury, they were out of biscuits. The server promised he would bring some out in "a few minutes" after they were made. That never happened. The portions were small and the food was average. Famous Dave's has fallen so far over the years, I won't be going back.

We went when it was quite empty and not busy. We ordered meals and two desserts (one for here and one to go). We had to go back up to ask if we could get the desserts we waited for a long time after our meals. They gave us the one for here and we waited for the one to go after we finished that one. Went back up to ask and the guy said "oh, you still want that?" like... Yeah, we already paid for it, of course we want it.So like... Nobody was rude or anything, but just kinda seemed like some re-training might be a good idea for that location.
