Fasika Ethiopian Restaurant in St. Paul offers a delightful dining experience. The restaurant's aesthetic showcases Ethiopian culture through their art. There was limited staff, but our dining needs were well attended. We got the combo plate, with Injera which was priced reasonably. The combo included options like beef, lentils, lettuce, and peppers. This is a must-visit for anyone in the Twin Cities seeking cultural exploration and a satisfying meal. With its authentic dishes and warm ambiance, it earns a solid 4.5/5 rating. Discover the rich Ethiopian traditions at Fasika Ethiopian Restaurant.

I got the veggie sampler and everything was very well seasoned, and it came out warm. We didn't have enough injera towards the end, but we left satisfied and not overly stuffed. I have been craving to go back ever since I went! Updated from previous review on 2022-11-04

Ethiopian food is so good. I've been coming here for you years. Oh fellow vegetarians, you are welcome here. Some food is spicy. Some of it is not. The flavor is always so good. Oh also before I was vegetarian. I loved the meat. It is so good. Definitely check out this place. The vegetarian and meat combo was $50. I don't know if it was worth $50 but yeah and it was just me and my brother that ate it. Prices are stupidly expensive but it's really good flavorful food

Some of the best Ethiopian food I've had! I've been coming to this place since 1999, and it's still delicious food! Definitely try the dinner for 3-4 combination platter.

So I had the fish and rice dish, which wasn't very good. The fish was dry and plain, with no seasoning; the rice was bare and dry. The only thing that was seasoned was the salad and which was very salty, and I had to eat it with the other food to get some flavor out of the food. The bathroom didn't have enough tissue. I spent five minutes trying to get some tissue out to wipe myself and when I told the staff, she acted like she didn't care. She asked me how my food was, and I told her the truth that I thought it was disgusting and everything I'm telling you all I told her, and she had the nerve to look at me like I spit in her face? overall, I would never come back here to eat again it's not worth it.Parking: Parking is very hard to find

This place reminds me that the world is a beautiful, magical place. Order one of the platters. My favorite things are doro wat and gomen. I’d live here if I could.

Combo platter was amazing! We love this place. The platter filled my family of 4 with a delicious assortment of mild to spicy dishes.

This was one of the worse dinning experiences I’ve had. The food took FOREVER! We waited for 1 hour and 14 min for our food. This was 7pm and there were like only 5 tables. And honestly it was mediocre. During the wait we did not see or hear anything from our server. No updates or anything. And when we got our food they just dropped it on the table. And bring your own water. Because they don’t seem to notice your empty cup on the table they’re too busy sitting behind the bar looking at their phones.

Delicious Ethiopian food- big sharable platters for super reasonable prices! I love this spot

Excellent Ethiopian fare at reasonable prices. The service can be slow so it's best to not be in a hurry when dining here, but it's definitely worth it. The vege sampler is more than enough to share for 2, and is delicious!

If you ask then no spicy food they will bring you very spicy. Only one employee serving 20+ customers. Bad customer service.

Some of my coworkers and I went here after work. I’d never had Ethiopian food before but I really enjoyed it. We split a few dishes among the table
