The food was okay. I found a little pricey. There's no where to park there.

The best brisket I've had in a long time. Great bark, super tender. Almost missed out because of parking but evenings and weekends you can park across the street.

Absolutely excellent BBQ, it's what you would expect from a Texas smokehouse but it's in MN. Smoked ribs and brisket were juicy with a perfect level of seasoning and smoke. Fall off the bone but but not mushy. Sides were on point with crispy fries and a slaw that had the perfect balance of dressing , acid and crunch. I highly recommend this place.Keep hours in mind as they are open later in the day on most weekdays.

?Don't ever eat here the owner is racist and the food you might as well have made yourself??‍♂️ He had another location over north Minneapolis in the Camden area that he was selling but refused to sell his property to a black business owner in a predominantly black neighborhood who had the money mind you & was willing to do a lease to buy option but he refused for no apparent reason, the only logical conclusion they came up with was that he didn't want to sell to the man because he was black

Amazing BBQ and the service was quick. Came in on a Sunday night and ordered a 2-Plate with Ribs, Brisket, Fries, and Coleslaw. The ribs peeled off the bone as if it was slow cooked and the fries are peeled extra thick. I couldn't finish this so I took this home and it was still good to eat for lunch the next day. There are other items on the menu that you can try out if you're not looking to spend a whole ton of money. They also have their in-house BBQ sauce and you can request their pepper sauce for an extra kick.

Parking is terrible. Lot has < 5 spots. Expect street parking.Food was mid. Meat had almost no sauce and the fries/Mac and cheese were very basic.Rooster's BBQ is similarly priced and much better.

The barbeque was also good. We had the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. The rings were the hands down favorite. I ordered online and arrived on time. I still had to wait 15 minutes and nothing was hit when I carried it to the car. They weren't very busy either. I'll go back, to see if it was a bad night because food tasted great.

This was our second time trying FireBox after about 1.5 years. First time was not great, but wanted to give it a second chance as restaurants typically are always looking to improve. We got the FireBox Feast with brisket that came with a full rack of ribs and wings. While the flavor was somewhat there, every piece of meat was dry. I’m not sure about their BBQ techniques, but I think there’s some improvement needed there. Really unfortunate, considering the prices even exceed top tier BBQ restaurants I’ve had. The sides were decent, however.

They must be deleting reviews because this is by far the worst barbecue Iv ever had. The food overall tastes horrible, all overcooked and just poorly put together!

My friend and I came here after shooting some hoops. We were excited to try another BBQ joint as we haven't seen much of it around the Twin Cities. I got the Brisket Sandwich with fries and it was great! The french fries were especially great as they were seasoned very well and hot off the press. I tried the Firebox sauce on my brisket and it's a great condiment to add. My friend enjoyed his ribs and had to bring a box since his sides were such large portions. Service was prompt and it was affordably priced. 5 stars from me!

I recently visited here and was thoroughly impressed by their smoked chicken, which had a perfect smokiness without needing any sauce – a true winner in my book! The brisket and ribs were also top-notch, some of the best I've had. However, I was a bit disappointed with the macaroni and cheese; it lacked the richness I was hoping for and could use more butter and cheese.Overall, it's a place definitely worth a visit for their outstanding meats, but the sides could use a bit more attention and love
