We visited the Flybar on January 9, 2018. The food was fine but outrageously overpriced (a Coke is $4.00). But overpricing is not the worst of it. You order the food via iPad and it is delivered to you. And then they automatically charge you an 18% gratuity for sitting the plate in front of you. And since the gratuity is charged it is a fee, not a gratuity for which you are not notified in advance. Further, they did not email the receipt as they indicated they would.
