Had the chicken shawarma platter for $14. The chicken was chewy and bland, and not really chicken shawarma. It may have been a chicken breast that was cooked in boiling water. The pita was bad and not served warm (think cheap pita from an American grocery store). The rest of the platter consisted of piles of chopped up cafeteria-quality vegetables. The meal was difficult to finish.

Falafel were small, but tasty.I asked about spice level and was told it wasn't spicy, I get allergic reactions to spicy foods and it not only was spicy but I couldn't eat it because I started having an allergic reaction.

My wife has Celiac and was very comfortable eating here.
Very good food. Gluten free options. Safeon sauce was excellent. All was good, but rice was a little bland. Falafa balls were perfectly cooked. Most everything was good.

I really enjoy Foxy after trying them many years ago via its food truck.If you like to try several things or are a bit indecisive, I would recommend getting the stoplight. You get two of each falafel flavor. I like the falafel in all forms on the menu (salad, platter, or sandwich). It's hard to pick a favorite, as the salad is definitely better for your waistline, the platter gives you pita and hummus, and the sandwich comes with fries. They are all delicious!What I really love here are the sides. Chive cheese curds with honey?! Yes please! Baba ghanoush? Heck yeah! But those cauliflower steaks...to die for. The saffron sauce is chef's kiss.Parking can be the worst thing about the location, as it is all street parking, some of which is metered.
