Bartender was on it. He got me a beer right away. His shift ended. Then there was was 1 woman bartender, serving at the same time working hard.... then you has the rest of the staff sitting around looking at each other. I asked if I could bother them to Crack into the pull tabs box. The gentleman was about 50 yrs old. Responds. " you'll have to get the bartender to do that" ??

Three toddlers with us whom got to bed 30mins late thanks to 45 minutes for GF pizza, which they dropped. (Obvs dropping it is no biggie); then 20minutes for new pizza. Meanwhile RAW shrimp (completely raw) on salad, then 30 minutes for new salad. See photo of those RE-cooked shrimp! Yeeoeeks. Meanwhile, one round of drinks and no inquiry or check-in from server. $20 gift card was a nice gesture, but refunding the salad and pizza per hangry toddlers and a salad/less mom - whom had to wait until we got home to eat it (cold) is the more proper managerial move IMO for a $160 check. Does the GM not agree?Kid-friendliness: The wrong table to have to wait 60minutes for their meal

We had a wonderful waitress first day here. Very friendly . Breakfast buffet was yummy . We ordered pizza one day and wings . It was 50 dollars for medium thin crust pizza and wings . Too expensive. Weren’t happy about that though. We didn’t go there after that.

Food is great. Service is outstanding. Don't bother to ever try ordering online. For months their website has refused to recognize any credit or bank card we try to use (commonplace cards, Visa etc). I've passed this feedback to them multiple times but correcting the website seems to be not a priority for months on end. You're much better off calling the local restaurant and talk to one of the delightful and helpful workers. They will take care of you better than the corporate run crappy online option.

Between pizza, fish sandwiches, pasta, and burgers, we all enjoyed our meals last night. Helpful service, and a welcoming atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu options.

Last night, my girlfriend and I went here for dinner. It took the waitress 5-10 minutes to acknowledge us. A simple we're understaffed and busy, but I'll be back in 5 minutes would've sufficed. Then she finally comes around and asks for our drinks. She seemed annoyed that I kept asking for refills of my Arnold Palmer. We ordered quickly and got out food 20-30 minutes later. Our waitress and another appeared upset that I kept surveying my surroundings. I don't understand why looking around in a restaurant every now and then was upsetting. We got our pizza and salad. To their credit, my pizza was good and my girlfriend's salad was decent. After we were done, our waitress (older lady) completely dismissed us. We tried several times to flag her down to get a paper receipt to no avail. And so I could get one final refill of my Arnold Palmer. She reluctantly responded when my girlfriend caught her attention verbally. She asked for our receipt and a refill of the Arnold Palmer. We got our receipt 5 minutes later, no refill. We left promptly thereafter knowing we weren't welcome anymore. The complete lack of customer service at this place was abysmal. It'll likely be my last time there. Which is a shame because they have good deals on food. Hopefully that older waitress and the younger one with black hair get new jobs. They clearly hate what they do or where they work and it shows in their rendering of customer service.Vegetarian options: The salads can be made vegetarian by asking for no cheese.

Been going to Green Mill since the 70's and still go back once or twice a year. The food is good (not great) and worth a trip if in the area.

This place has gotten pretty good since it was remodeled. There's a new bar area and even an Italian store attached. Service in the bar could be a bit more efficient but no major complaints, all things considered.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options but none are clearly labeled.

We've had the il Primo deep dish style pizza twice in the last four days! It really is THAT good! I want to try other things on the menu but I'm finding it hard to stray away from the delicious gorgonzola flavor that I have yet to see on any other menu. If you want great food, Green Mill is a sure bet.

Closed for extra days in New Year, didn't post that anywhere (on their website, Google...)Good pizza, but they slip one of those nonsense involuntary surcharges onto your bill, which always lowers my rating by one star.
