Not the place for a quiet conversation. The food is imaginative and delicious! ++ for the gnocchi poutine.

Drinks, food and service were top notch! Definitely one of the best restaurants in the Twin Cities (and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had too)!

The food was fantastic - we had the poutine and a couple of burgers. Really well-seasoned and some of the best I've had.The service was prompt and VERY nice/friendly/helpful.The atmosphere was very pleasant and the drinks well-made.BUT, I gave it a 3 star rating because I don't feel that your customers should have to be directly paying your staff for you. You should pay them a fair wage instead of having a 'Fair Wage & Benefits Supplement' charge on my bill. If you want to have this charge on your bill then eliminate tipping in your establishment. What's next? A charge for 'our share' of your utilities or property tax bill?!As a small business owner myself I can say that we would definitely lose clients if we charged them each time they called, emailed or came into one of our offices and spoke w/ a staff member. It's a shame too since our son just started school at UST, we probably would've gone here numerous times over the next 3+ years but now we'll look and go elsewhere.

Strangely enough, I think this might be one of the best restaurants in the cities. They have this beet app that combines these flavors that are out of this world… and I’m not a huge beet guy. Seriously, my wife and I went home and have tried to replicate it after eating there. There’s also a chip app that’s unreal. Last, the burger is just delightful. Haven’t had a burger that good in a long, long time. The cocktails go down easy. I could keep going, but you get the point. Go here!

The muscles were absolutely to die for, the cocktails were absolutely perfect. Cozy and romantic and wonderful. I just wish I lived a Little closer.

Both food and service amazing every time.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small stairway to enter the restaurant, unclear if there is another wheelchair accessible way in.

One of my favorite places to eat in the cities. I've been here many times and never had a bad meal. I can't recommend it highly enough as a date night spot!

This is the best restaurant in the area, and potentially in the twin cities. Love the food, they have a relatively small menu, but every item is spot on. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the drinks are great.I have tried most of the things in their menu and I was never disappointed.

Such a gem of a place. My friend and I arrived early so we could sit at the very welcoming bar. Our server/bartender was knowledgeable about the delicious beverages we had. The fries and beet salad, sans sausage and creme fraiche were so very tasty. If you want a lovely evening out, I highly recommend Gus Gus.

We went to Gus Gus for Sunday Brunch, it was excellent. The service was good with regular coffee and water refills, and fast food service. I had the eggs Benedict, the hollandaise was obviously house made and really good, we shared a French Toast also great. The atmosphere is nice but low ceilings make it louder than we like. Overall really good.

Nice place for brunch on a gloomy day. I enjoyed the fried poutine gnocchi, which was something different. The grapefruit mimosa was lovely too. Peak brunch hour was really crowded in the small space. I'd probably book later next time.
