We've been meaning to check out Keenan's for years. Wow. We've been missing out! Pool tables, darts, board games, pull tabs, touch tunes AND a pinball machine? All the things. Loved the diverse patrons and have already been back again within a week. The food is TASTY and decent serving size for the price.We ordered French fries, fried chicken sandwich, Chicago dog and the mixed green salad. Loved all of it!

Curly black haired bartender was told we were going to order coneys. She brought us menus and never took our order even though she served someone sitting right next to us. We waited about 45 minutes and left.

Food was good, the Service sucks, Amy the bartender served people that were there after us, we waited for almost ten minutes until my wife flagged her down. I would leave 1 star or no stars, but my in laws love this place and the owner has been nothing but good to our family.

I’ve been a patron of Kenan’s ever since I moved down to the West 7th area three years ago. I always liked them as a good place for beer and pool with my friends, but I only just recently getting their burgers. For a small local bar these burgers have no right being as good as they are. The food scene around here is pretty great, so the fact that I’m sometimes choosing Kenan’s for dinner over other local restaurants says a lot. Give em a try. Good food, good atmosphere, and very friendly staff and regulars.

I have visited a few times & really enjoy this local dive in St Paul! You will be surprised by the awesome food available! I have tried the chicken sandwhich & croquettes which are both fantastic. Recently a few friends got together and tried all the hot dogs. They legit have an extensive menu of different hot dogs to enjoy. Once we saw that we had to get a group of hot dog loving foodies got together to rank our favs! This is my ranking 1-6 fav at the top! Coney w/ Cheese - Coney Sauce, Yellow Mustard, Minced Onion, sharp cheddar "Hot" Dog - jalapeños, Pepperjack, Sriracha Mayo Kogi Dog - Kimchi, Kewpie Mayo, Hot Mustard, Sesame Seeds, Cilantro BLT Dog - Applewood Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo Reuben Dog - Sauerkraut, Swiss, Russian Dressing, Caraway Chicago Dog - Sport Peppers, Tomato, Minced Onion, Pickle, Green Relish, Mustard, Celery Salt Definitely work many visits!

I used to live in the area a long time ago and this bar had a bit of a reputation. Recently I went back in on a trip down memory lane. This place is now sooooooo much nicer and different than it used to be!!! The staff are EXTREMELY nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is much much much improved.If you're in the area drop on in and have a beer at Keenans, you'll probably meet some very nice folks in there!
