The bread was great, my steak I ordered as medium rare, not so much. Steak was hard and overcooked. This was my first time there with my fiancee and I could only get to half of the steak after maximal effort, due to the texture. Will I return, it'd be difficult to.

Food was good but not great, service was slow (should have more wait staff)... 1 server for the entire restaurant at 5p. I'll go back again but my expectations will be lower.

Not truly cucina Italia. Very much American. Sloppy and exaggerated. Fortunately I'm northern Italian, so i have perspective. I Stopped in hoping to get something resembling authentic lasagna bolognese. I was hopeful based on their description of lasagna on their menu. They mentioned bechamel (used with ragu to layer authentic lasagna bolognese, never ricotta or mozzarella) there was no mention of ricotta or mozzarella. Unfortunately my lasagna arrived with a strong taste of mozzarella with little or no hint of bechamel. I can't say much about the bruschetta other than it was loaded with tomato, mozzarella and olives which resulted in making it soggy. My last complaint relates to their ragu bolognese. Sorry folks, but bolognese never has basil. So from an Italia perspective this is not something they would recognize which is quite sad because they actually have an Italian chef from Naples (from the south of italia ) who would have a much better chance of creating a truly authentic northern italia ( most of the menu is based on northern italia, specifically the region of Emilia-romagna ,bologna is the capital) cucina experience than any American cook who takes cultural appropriation to the max level by using fancy Italian names like carbonara, then completely changing the ingredients.

It is very pricey. That's the first point I need to make. The place is a bit small and hot (temperature wise), second important point. The service was great very attentive. Now the food, damn, the food was very vey good! I think, as of now for me, as I've been to many Italian restaurants in MN, this one might be the best Italian restaurant so far. I will most definitely be coming back. Their desserts were also really good.

We had a nice time there, and it was quite pretty, but extremely crowded -tables were so close together we could have shared our meal with our neighboring table. It also appeared that There were only two servers in the entire restaurant, so the wait was a little longer than I'm used to when it came to ordering or having the table wiped off or getting our courses cleared. That being said the staff that we did have contact with was very friendly. Prices were fair enough our appetizer was scallops, wrapped up in deep fried angel hair pasta with lobster cream sauce, and that was fun and unique. Barramundi entrée was pretty good, tho I didn't much care for the champagne chicken, I thought it was a bit bland, but our neighbors told us they loved it so much they bought one to go!

Cozy and comfortable. It's not loud so you can have a conversation (even with a table of drunk mid aged men, the atmosphere was still enjoyable for a date night). The food came out fast and fresh. Lighting is nice and service is attentive without being overly intrusive. The free bread basket is so fresh and delicious rosemary flavor. Puttanesca was just right, not too salty and the lobster sauce on the ravioli- chef's kiss. I preferred the bread basket over the bruschetta but no complaints overall!Parking: Street parking on a Monday was easy.

ambiance was good but deceptive. my beet salad had maybe 1/2 a beet and my husband's entree arrived without the promised wild rice or even pasta. once you have to correct things your evening is pretty spoiled

Favorite Italian restaurant in the cities. Our go-to spot for date night and where we bring friends/family when they're in town
