Had the Pad Thai with Tofu and Spring Rolls. Both had great flavors and tasted fresh. The young man at the front was a one man show taking care of the dine ins and the take outs. He made the experience exceptional with his attentiveness and rush to take care of everyone.

Food was amazing and well-priced, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The waiter didn't come over to ask what we wanted to order or to provide us the check (and it wasn't a stated expectation to find them and ask), but when we did find them and ask them for assistance, they were kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our dinner. The green curry was very flavorful, just a little too sweet. We tried a variety of appetizers and all were great. The mango sticky rice is a must have. We will be back.

The green curry could have been wonderful if they hadn't added an incredible amount of sugar. It was so wrong to my tastebuds that I only picked out the ingredients. My friends enjoyed their food so you can give it a try if you're close by. The service was not that good either, though, for me to return. We were the only table there and did not get our food at the same time, e.g.

Went the day after Christmas after visiting Can Can Wonderland and it was just the thing, very filling. We were the only ones there for sit down and the atmosphere was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food came very fast. The cream cheese wontons were very good and freshly fried. Our main dishes we also great and we had plenty to take home afterwards. I’ve never heard of avocado bubble tea but after I tried it I would definitely recommend. It had a strawberry and pineapple after taste to it. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are ever in the area.

A quaint cozy restaurant. Very nice ambiance, it was lovely to see huge live tropical plants as part of their interior in contrast to the winter wonderland outside. We went on a Friday night, it was not busy. There were maybe two other tables, full. We were sitted immediately. It did take a long time before our orders were taken. A good 20 minutes. Their price is reasonable. We ordered chicken dumplings for appetizer, the chicken Massaman curry, and pineapple fried rice. We got our appetizers fairly quick. It was not the usual dumplings I've had. These are fried with a side of sweet spicy sauce. It was delicious. Our entrée came soon after. The curry was flavorful, the chicken probably could use more marinate and they use chicken breast which can be easily overcooked. But together with the curry and potatoes, it tastes good. The fried rice was done well. You can taste the char in the rice which is the key to a good fried rice. And I have to add, the bathroom is spacious and very clean. Always a good sign. Our total bill came close to $40 which included a boboa tea. I would go back to this place.

All the food that my fiancé and I have had here has been good, but their cream cheese wontons are the best cream cheese wontons I have ever had!I actually ordered just the wontons to go for part of my birthday dinner last winter, and will probably to so again this winter.

Nice cozy place for fresh fare. Our group shared 3 different entrees, all were extremely delicious. And the cream cheese wontons were so good! Reminded me of the ones the old Leann Chinn's used to serve. Service was friendly and helpful. Well worth the trip.

Went out on a limb and tried their basil fried rice with shrimp, it was so good! Pad Thai was great also. Servings were generous, we had enough for two meals.

My go to spot for Thai food in the twin cities. I've tried numerous items on the menu and they are all great! Some highlights: pad Thai, tom yum soup, and spinach peanut curry. Definitely check this spot out!

Very tasty. The spring rolls were fresh, including some fresh herbs - absolutely lovely. Everything else was great too, even had Boba. Especially recommend the mango sticky rice.

They were previously called Lisu's Thai Taste, but changed to Mahar Thai Taste. Both names are on the outside of the building. From the outside it looks a bit of a dive. The parking is poor. The inside feels almost crowded, even though only one other table had customers. The food was pretty good. I started with cream cheese wontons, and they were very tasty and a nice texture. Thai iced coffee was good. Pad see ew was tasty and well cooked. The massaman curry seemed a little overcooked as the sauce was seperated, and it was too watery. It still tasted good, but sucked up the rice too fast. The service was good and the resteraunt was reasonably clean. It appears to be under new management, but needs a serious spring cleaning, and has too many references to the old name. The walls have food stains and above my table was a spiderweb. The bathroom was poorly stocked, burned out light bulbs, but very roomy and reasonably clean.I would like to give 3.5 stars, but as it is not an option, I will lean to 4 as overall the experience was pleasant and the food tasty.Mahar Thai Taste 4/5

I've had several dishes here and each one has been very tasty and reasonably priced. A casual, neighborhood kind of place. The sign still says, "Lisu Thai", the former occupant, which is up on Fairview in Roseville and is also good. Check them both out.
