I couldn't even eat there, when the order was given to me my large fries were half way full I asked the female Hispanic manager to fill the fries, she said that was the right size. Terrible customer service, I asked for my money back.Left never to return.M

these mcdonals have very bare lobbies but that's not a bad thing. very impressed with the time and freshness of the food. it's mcdonalds, we all know what mcdonalds is, it can be trash it can be good. here the food came out hot and fresh. the nuggets the patties on my burger and the fries were all extremely hot.

You know, we've all been there. You're in a hurry in between appointments and hungry. There's always a McDonald's nearby. I drove through the University Ave St. Paul drive-thru.I ordered two Quarter Pounders, expecting my usual experience at all other McDonald's. Instead, I was greeted by some of the best McDonald's staff I had had in years! They were all smiles, cheerful, polite, and almost happy to see me in the drive-thru! Crazy.?My order came out to the car hot, and right off the grill. The buns were lightly toasted and delicious. I mean, what else can I say? It was a decent experience at a McDonald's!The atmosphere of this McDonald's on University Avenue in St. Paul was just average. Nothing to write home about! It's a mcdonald's! ?

Really great customer service here. Being close to work this has become an obligatory lunch location, and although typically using the drive through, I feel recognized and appreciated as a customer here. I stopped at the location in-store once after misplacing an order in the app and the staff was very quick and kind with helping answer my questions. I cannot recall having issues with my orders being incorrect, and everything is well made with little wait.

Whoever manages this location is doing a stellar job and should get a raise. I judge a fast food joint by the freshness of their fries and this location has HANDS DOWN the freshest, hottest fries EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO. I've been coming to this location for years multiple times a month and they've never disappointed.
