This is the second time I stop by and something is missing last time I was missing fries and this time I was missing a burger and the sauces I had gotten charged for Noticed as soon as I got home and isn’t worth my time to drive all the way back.

I don’t know who was the hard of hearing woman that was taking the drive thru orders today. But boy does she need retraining on her customer service! Doesn’t understand English OR Spanish (this is after her asking me if I speak Spanish). What a joke!! Took a drive to Wendy’s instead! The Latinos there working have a way better attitude!

I called them and I asked them to wait on my order cause the DoorDasher was farrr away and ask if they can remake it because it will be cold by the time I get my food and have cold food is a big temperature problem and I told her ( the manager on duty) February 15-2024 to let me talk with another manager cause that’s not right if you getting customers there like that idc if it’s closed up in the bag I would like my food hot and my drink not melted so with that being say they need to have better customer service ???owner of MC D’s I’m not happy about what your management team is doing ??.
A little disappointed. This is a drive through and take out only location. You cannot dine in at this particular location.

I spent $31+ and live on the other side of town I didn't have everything I ordered I was told bring receipt and food back. My car has a hemi. To drive back would be more money. The employee was rude I asked for a coupon she was rude said nothing they can do. After I spent thY much money was talked rude and only received portion of my meal. This isn't over
