A farce of a restaurant/cafe/casino/rip-off. Uncomfortable and hostile. No menus. No connection. No idea of prices. Your check is "sent" to you. Food is ordered on line. I resist use a cell phone. You expect airport restaurants to overcharge but "two ruben sandwiches, a beer, a vodka and lime $92 NOT including the gratuity. Caveat EMPTOR. As for the sandwich. Dead lettuce, slice of bread, two week old slice of mushy tomato, a gummy dried red sauce, bacon fried to point of grittiness, French fries...palatable ..just.. asked for mayonnaise.... never came. Seat uncomfortable. Any view of the bar or barman blocked by row of beer outlet. In my 80 years of flying the globe this is the worst rip-off airport lounge in my experience. The waitress, bless her soul, tried mitigation, jolliness, affability which made the experience contrast worse. Waiters spent most time complaining about the stupidity of the two drink limit.

I was waiting at the counter to get serviced by someone but nobody would come up , that wasn’t doing anything but talking and drinking behind the bar. So I went to the kiosks and ordered. Waited for my food sitting at the bar and she gave me my food & told me this is a restaurant you can’t sit here if you not dinning in. Well I couldn’t dine in cause nobody came to the rig to help me. This made me feel so bad I said ok and she said yep. It was rude and disrespectful

Blt was terrible. Found a hair in it as well but didn't say anything since the food wasn't worth it.

Surprisingly great food! Seating is crowded and kind of awkward. Seats are bolted in place and don't swivel even at the high top we used(with another two groups of people because you have to). Ordering food is a bit of a pain. You scan a QR code and then order online. Code is specific to each seat so they know where to bring it. It's fine and it works... But it's awkward and I don't know how disabled people or older people with limited phone experience would like it or be able to use it.They don't come out and offer water or explain how to order, you just figure it out from the QR code with a little note. Once we order I would really appreciate water be brought out. They have a pretty big bar with lots of options. Food was truly delicious which we were not expecting at the airport. They were pretty quick too. So overall good, but not for everyone. You can order to go as well if you want. Kids meal chicken strips was delicious!

We flew into this airport here in Minnesota from Idaho. We had bought our family something to eat and came and sat down. Our family hadn’t eaten since the early in the morning (like 3AM). The manager was working at the table next to us and seemed fine with us there. We were also taking care of a child who was going through a migraine at the moment. A waitress came and told us since we hadn’t ordered from that restaurant space, we needed to leave, as we were preventing them giving service and getting paid. That was reasonable and fair but how she came across was not pleasant, kind, or respectful. There was no one waiting for a table. And not to mention there has been others who came and sat down and working on computers and they did not go and harass them and tell them to leave. Overall, they could use to become more observant and handle the situation with a little more grace and finesse.

The one time I'm thanking myself for not tipping when ordering. The worst service, ever

Good luck getting service. Everything is automated & the staff will just stand there & do nothing.

Not a fan of the app ordering and CC only option. I'll drink elsewhere.

You have to use your phone to order. The bartender has a bad attitude. I should not have to use my phone to prefer food and pay a tab. I don’t want any info shared with some random bar owner. Guy is definitely a a55

The prepay/ pre-tip culture has gotten way out of control. I ordered food, was told to pay for order and 18% tip prior to order being placed. I was in the f&b industry for many years and always tip well, but the better the service, the better the tip. If I have to tip ahead of time, I'm just bribing you to bring my food. After paying and tipping the mandated 18%, the bartender never spoke to me again. Did not ask how my food was, did not offer to refill my coffee, did not say goodbye when I was the only person at the bar and got up to leave. If you want to ensure your employees make a decent wage, pay them more. Pre-tipping for apathetic DMV-type service feels like a shakedown and really reduces the quality of service that customers receive. I never tip less than 20%, but I did not leave an additional tip.

Staff seemed the best part of this *too busy to accomodate a non-qr code order* establishment. Had 2 hours to make lunch happen. Not going to happen here.

Super lame to pay in advance. Then only one person can come and scan your order and accept cash. If you wanted more than one, same process. Also, their machines didn't seem to communicate, I had to go show them I had ordered twice. The waiters and waitresses were great. They seem too be tied to this goofy, overbearing system.

Walked by to get a bite to eat and was flabbergasted by the pricing. It's not just inflation and airport raised prices. They actually want $10 for a side of fries and $20 for a basic BLT. After tax and tip you expect people to pay $36 for a blt and fries? Get it together.

Great experience. Located in the gate G17-18 terminal 1 at the Mpls airport. Great service, very friendly. Music was soft jazz and the drinks were excellent. We did not eat here, but saw several good looking dishes. Prices are what you would expect for airport restaurant. Great relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seats/tables. Would recommend.
