Chicken was a little dry, maybe sitting out too long, or it was overcooked. Usually, I have good experience with the chiken, always being hot n fresh. Maybe this was just a one-off. Order Mac n cheese and got mashed potatoes instead, which were good. Tried the fish sandwich. i would definitely order it again. Also, the blackened grilled chicken sandwich was also a winner in my book. Best grilled chicken sandwich i had in a long time. Definitely will be back.

3/26/24 @ 7pm. The fat male taking order was extremely rude. Giving attitude for absolutely no reason. This individual needs a crash course in customer service. Once I pull to the pick up window he bent over the counter doing the bare minimum while his coworkers are actually working and being productive. My window was frozen due to the storm so if you asked what I would like prior to me getting my window I apologize but I did not hear you sir.

I called to make sure I could get the 6 wings with my 50 dollar order. They proceed to tell me that I didn't order it. They couldn't just make the wings. My father just had surgery and I wanted to make sure he was taken care of with his request. I couldn't cancel the order because it was already satisfied. Now, everyone is pissed because the "manager" couldn't comp the wings. And some guy wants to cuss me out over the phone saying I'm screwed. Terrible experience!! 0/5 0/10 customer service is terrible here.

Ordered two 18 pack of chicken wings with sauce on side. NO where does it say the wings are ALREADY spicy. Over half of the ppl in our home for the game cant eat them. Very disappointed and spent $44.00 and ppl cant eat. Tried calling the store twice with no answer.
Popeyes has some great chicken wings flavors. The chicken sandwiches beats other places.

Before you even walk in you can hear people yelling already and to top it off all the workers have no gloves on handling customers food and also the wait is always extremely long.
