I thought I had written a review for this place already, oops, my bad. I love, love, love this place! Came here on a weeknight and it was packed. I did not make reservation but we got lucky by snatching two chairs at the bar. It is small inside but worth the wait. The staff was super efficient and friendly, there were two girls and one guy. The guy helped us with drinks and ordering our food. I am so sorry I forgot his name, but you could tell how hardworking they all were. We both ordered Potsticker Duet (highly recommend): *shrimp, Angus beef, chives *tofu mushroom kale *dill pork *kimchi pork My favorite was dill pork, it goes well with old godmother hot sauce. Honestly all the potstickers were amazing and their list of dipping sauce was great too. A female chef (we think she is the owner) came out of the kitchen and asked us how we are doing, and she gave us some kimchi she made the same day for samplings. Everything was delicious and the drinks were top notch, of course I always get my favorite drink, old fashioned with Japanese whiskey. Superb place.

So good!! We got the Potsticker Tour for 2 with the Sweet and Sour Pork and it was all delicious. Our favorite potstickers were the Kimchi Pork, Beef Shrimp and Chives, and the Butternut Squash and Shrimp. Will definitely be back!

Wow. This place is so good. I'm from Seattle where we have numerous dumpling spots that are famous like din tai fung, and honestly these were some of the best dumplings I've ever had. We got the dumpling tour and there was something for everyone. My favorites were the beef, shrimp and chive, and the pork kimchi but we all had a different favorite. They were so good I didn't get a picture. They have an amazing chillin crisp sauce that is phenomenal. We also had the ribeye and noodles and it was so dang good. The beef was tender and flavorful and the noodles were great with some awesome veggies. And of course put the chili crisp on everything. Highly recommend and will add pictures next time I go. Inside is small and intimate with very attentive staff. Great drink selection too.

Loved the creativity of the menu - from cocktails to main plates. The potstickers, of course, were the star of the meal. Great, cozy atmosphere with wonderful, personalized service. We'll be back to this neighborhood gem!

Recently came across Potsticker in a Yelp collection on noodles. I was having my weekly craving for Asian food so decided to try it for takeout. We ordered the house cucumbers, ribeye noodles, chicken and shrimp fried rice, vegan stir fry, hand breaded sweet and sour pork and the spicy cucumber fried rice. Our favorite was the vegan stir fry followed closely by the chicken and shrimp fried rice and the ribeye noodles. Stir fry contained tofu, green beans, pea pods and eggplant and was dripping with a wonderful ginger soy glaze. The fried rice had good flavor and nice big shrimp. Ribeye was tender and the egg noodles were springy and full of flavor. Honorable mention to the pork as it had a really nice light crunchy breading and the sweet and sour sauce was unique being more soy sauce based. Probably would skip the cucumbers and the cucumber fried rice as they didn't bring anything that wowed us. Pretty obvious flaw in our order was to not try their namesake dish but we plan to go back as being 20+ minutes away for takeout wasn't ideal and I believe the food would be even better in the restaurant. Prices are a bit on the high side but they use quality ingredients. Will update after our next visit in restaurant.

Found this on Yelp when out shopping and had a great experience. Helpful staff, nice service. We had the "Potsticker Flight for Two" which had two of each of their 8 potsticker types, plus some of each of their 5 dipping sauces. In addition, you get an entree and we chose the Ribeye Noodles for $5 more. All were delicious and we enjoyed sampling our way through. Definitely worth a return!

POTSTICKERS ARE AN ENTREE. This is true in my household and I'm so glad I found a high quality restaurant that agrees, and that represents this tenet so well. This is a really cute bistro with really friendly service, and truly fine potstickers. They have at least six unique varieties, and at least as many dipping sauces. All pan-fried, I think. Significant differences between all of those choices. They aren't messing around with this concept, but if you like steamed offerings, like maybe soup dumplings, that's not what they're about. One time my entree came with a side of fried rice, but another time I didn't, and I found the menu to be missing a bit of information (there's a reference to a half-order, but what is a full order). And I think a side of fried rice is appropriate and should come with a standard entree considering the price. But the price is still pretty fair considering how good the potstickers are. They have some other entree options as well, but that would mean not having a big plate of their awesome potstickers so I might not get around to trying those. I mean that as high praise!

Kimchi potsticker was their best potsticker, but they were all very good. Everything we ate was pretty great- Ribeye noodles, pork fried rice, sweet and sour pork, house cucumbers, scallion pancakes. Will definitely be back. Easy street parking. busy at 7pm but available tables by 8. Music was a bit loud for a small restaurant and odd genre choices, but not an issue. Only downside was our server took my cocktail from me before I was done drinking it without asking. Spent around $60 a person with shared apps, 1 drink, tax, and tip.
