Localized attempt. Try it and see if you liked it better. Maybe they'll become the LeeAnn Chin of ramen.

Been coming here for a couple years now. I love this place! Lots of great, delicious and fresh options for something tasty and healthy. It's easy to eat a lot of vegetables here, they have lots of protein options, both animal-based and plant-based, and the prices are reasonable. The staff have been helpful and friendly every time, and I haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered. Worth a visit!

Terrible food! You would think they would have fresh noodles, but they dont. Very balnd. $1 Ramen at home is better. I feel bad for this place. Surprised they are still open.

Meh. Average ramen, and have had issues with orders placed online not provided as promised, either menu items able to be ordered not actually in stock or ramen orders assembled missing ingredients. Also, no price adjustment for the missing items (aka overcharged for food not provided). When notified about issues with items missing the store never even replied to email about it.

Absolutely love their salad bowls! Always forget to take a pic before I devour it.

Inexpensive for the amount and quality of food.

This was very disappointing. This was my first time ever trying ramen. My expectations were not met in the slightest after reading the great reviews on Yelp. I saw fresh noodles at Rah'mn and was excited to try. I walked in and I asked the employee for some help as I didn't know what to get/what was good. The employee there wasn't much help at all, so I winged it. I was excited for some fresh noodles and was VERY upset to see the employee grab some noodles out of a plastic bag and stick them in some questionable looking water. I was then a little grossed out by the fact that during a pandemic, none of the food that was out was covered. I paid $20 for 2 bowls of ramen that wasn't fresh whatsoever and had a fowl smell and flavor. I took one bite and couldn't finish it. I'm very upset that this was my first ramen noodle experience and I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Please don't waste your time on this Americanized and absolutely NOT fresh ramen place.

On the recommendation of a friend, we tried this establishment. It was wonderful! I had the Shoyu Park soup bowl and a order of Vegetarian Spring Rolls. The soup came in a large bowl--the soup can be gluten-free if you desire--and was filled with fresh vegetables of your choice. The Spring Rolls were fresh and quite delicious.I heartily recommend Rah'mn. The cost is very reasonable and you will leave full and satisfied.

Good customizable food, somewhat spendy for what it is.

Ok, let me just say that I am not the most adventurous eater. I had driven past this place a bunch and always skipped it because I was leery of whether I'd find something I liked, but one day I said, "the heck with it!" And gave it a shot..... I've never looked back! This place is amazing. Home braised meats, home made broths, so many add ins. Plus extras like home made sushi (tuna or crab), spring rolls and some times gyoza. Recently they added steamed pork buns... to die for! Always moist and amazing. They also have a fun assortment if drinks to choose from. There's fountain drinks, san Pellegrino flavors, coconut water, ramune Japanese soda!As I said before, I'm rather basic in this area so I do a simple build your own soup... add some veggies, some AMAZING pork, some crunchies on top and I'm in heaven. All of the owners and staff here are also exceptional. I have made it a point to eat here once a week since this whole craziness started because... support local!! But I'm still not sick of it. In fact, friday comes and I'm craving it!I have also been cursed at a few times by people who I have referred here because now they spend all their money here too... sorry, not sorry!

Food was lovely! You could taste the freshness. I enjoyed making my own salad, though everything else sounded good too. I highly recommend giving it a shot. Even if you do not like asian cuisine, there are many options and things to try.

Really tasty food. And the man working today was so kind and it was just refreshing/comforting getting the customer service he provided us today Also, my 10 year old just loves all the options. Can't beat finding a healthy place a kid loves

Pay an extra 3-4 dollars and go any other great ramen shop in the twin cities. Or buy any higher quality grocery brand of ramen and throw some veggies and meat in it at home. There are grocery store ramen packs with more flavorful broth than this. Not worth your time.

This has become our go-to lunch spot, particularly before going out on a long hike or bike ride, since the ramen is so filling without weighing you down. I love that it is vegetarian-friendly and always tastes so fresh and delicious. The staff are super friendly and you always get the ramen just how you want it - sometimes with jalapeños and fire sauce, sometimes with mushrooms and garlic sauce. Yum!
