If you’re looking for milk tea do yourself a favor and avoid this place. First red flag- they call their milk teas “lattes”. I went because of the high ratings but left pretty disappointed. They gave me one of the most watery “milk” teas I’ve ever had in my life. The flavor profile was all sugar and nothing else. Yuck. Paid $6 for a cup of syrup water and boba pearls.

The butterbeer drink was tasty. However, the tables were very dirty. When we asked if we could have something to clean the table with, the employee said they didn’t have anything so we had to go into the bathroom to get paper towels. It’s odd that they don’t sanitize tables or have any way to do it, and expect customers to clean up after the last ones.

They have some really nice boba drinks to choose from! This place is nice and quirky... plenty of room to sit around and enjoy your drinks with friends... they do have few cookies and sweet options to choose from... I've tried their brown sugar boba and was nice had great flavour... they do not have dedicated parking but there's street parking available.

Awesome atmosphere, great staff who were super nice. but they forgot to add boba to my boba coffee, and I felt too embarrassed to say anything because they seal each one individually. without the boba it just tasted like water-downed Starbucks. just go to Caribou.

Shout out to the only two people working today's (1/13) Harry Potter event around 1:00! The line was wrapped around the entire inside of the store and you still killed it! Even though they did a great job, there need to be a few more employees on staff for events like this - I felt so bad for them! It was well worth the wait though - delicious drinks and fun atmosphere!

We went for the Harry Potter popup. I got the iced butter beer drink...tasted more like tea than butterscotch. The decorations were cute. The staff was very nice and stayed calm even though there was a huge crowd. A very nice coffee and tea shop with neat knick knacks for sale.

Racist weird energy from owner and blonde ( bigger ) staff covered in tattoos they won’t acknowledge it or will make excuses so I won’t bother speaking to anyone about it ( I don’t have time to be invalidated when they know exactly what they are doing) but if your a person of color I’d definitely skip this place Minnesota loves to ignore racism if it isn’t " as bad " or look around for other token pocs to justify their ignorance. This isn’t a black friendly place but I’m not surprised

Although the atmosphere is very "accepting" they are still racist there is a white employee with blonde hair and tattoos who is constantly ignoring/ being weird towards black male customers , also today I watched the owner hand out cards to everyone but the black gentleman in line a constant occurrence for white ( left or progressive) won’t be coming here again and will make sure others that look like me don’t as well ( also the other workers are aware of who this is and what kind of environment this is I don’t blame them a paycheck is a paycheck
