This place was really good, made to order, and a pleasant little boy from there Rashid joined me and kept me company while I was away from my family for work. Food is extremely delicious, esp the garlic aioli.

Me and my family were craving some chicken shawarma's and we called the store, The person that picked up was so nice and kind and let us order just as they were closing the kitchen. The food was amazing and we all loved it 10/10. will DEFINITELY be coming back here.

We ordered on a Friday evening for dine-in, but was served our food in takeout containers. The soda fountain is also out of most soda options.I ordered a build-your-own pita with chicken shawarma. I expected the ingredients to be inside the pita, but instead, I was served a complete mess directly on top of my pita. The pita was already cut, but instead of putting the ingredients in the pita, they were piled on top of the pita, making it a soggy mess that I had to eat with a fork. The chicken was also dry and flavorless.The staff also started switching off the lights at 6.30pm while we were still eating although their google site states that they closes at 8pm.I'm giving 2 stars because their fries were tasty (not too crispy). The gyro meat and falafel also tasted better than the sad chicken shawarma.Edit: looking at the photo, the build your own sign has been up for more than a year. "Start from the right". Under "choose your style", the options are "bowl", "sal" and "pita".I do not appreciate that their response to "your build-your-own pita was bad" is "that item you ordered does not exist". I'm not interested in a refund. I just wanted to share my experience. I'm sure some people would love the food here and have positive experiences. But that is unfortunately not mine and I would like to honestly reflect that.

Shawarmin used to be an excellent option for middle eastern food when it first opened. We used to visit all the time. However, over time the quality of their food has deteriorated significantly. While the shawarmas used to be large and full of flavorful meat, now they are thin, barely stuffed, and somehow more expensive. From my last visit, the chicken shawarma was completely dry and the chicken was stringy and flavorless. Clearly, it had been sitting out for a while. It's sad that a restaurant that started with such a bang has become what it is today. Unfortunately, it is just no longer worth the 7 minute drive.

Staff is excellent and food is made quickly and tastes amazing each time. Love the Beef and chicken Shwarma and their lentil soup is excellent! Would highly reccomend stopping by for a filling and tasty lunch or dinner!

Everything about this place is a 5/5! The food is PHENOMENAL! The customer service is unbeatable. The guy who runs the place is so easy to talk to. He helped me decide what to get based off what I liked and he nailed it! We ordered the Super Mix Platter (3 different kabobs, lamb chop, salad, hummus, bread) and a build your own bowl. I try and come here once a month at least! The customer service alone will keep me as a customer as long as they're open!

I’m so disappointed in this place. First off, don’t get the burger. It just isn’t good. Secondly, the shawarma. Better but isn’t a traditional shawarma; it’s more like a dry, panini wrap with dry crunchy chicken strands and bits of pickle here and there. Nothing tasted fresh. I question if they’re cleaning the grill. Not to mention they charge a 3% credit card fee—I question if that’s legal. Really upset that I paid $28+tip for this meal, not at all worth the price for what you get, and it just did not taste good.
