Skyva Salad is the best salad ever! I work in downtown St. Paul. I eat a salad every day for lunch. At this point it is hard to WOW me with a salad. But Skyva Deli did. I am going back there to try every salad on the menu. Everything is nice. I highly recommended this place.

It's hard to find this place. The key is to go inside the bank building that Google maps takes you to. It is in the Food Court of the building. A humble food stand with only 3 hard-working staff, it sells a huge variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. I had a 'healthy sandwich' on multigrain bread. Specials every day, and mac and cheese only on Monday and Wednesday. Very affordable, friendly staff.

When my go-to Deli closed in this food court (the Nectary) I needed to find a new place for my Sandwich, Wrap, Salad and Soup cravings. Skyva has filled that void nicely! They have a wide range of options and everything I have tried has been good. They also have mutliple daily specials. Today I tried the Cuban Special which came on a pita wrap loaded with delicious pork, ham and provolone. I will be getting that again. My goto is usually the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The staff is always friendly and they move quickly.

Excellent food with fresh ingredients. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a side of macaroni; both items were amazing! The food is also very filling -- you will not be hungry after eating here.
