Came here once a few years ago because i live nearby and got very bad service never came back again until i decided to try again still bery bad service. How can this place just have bad employees all the time such bad management.

Took forever to get 2 ft long chili dogs and an order of onion rings. Onion rings were not even warm and the chili dogs were so so! After waiting over 5 minutes in line we received our food and you would think it would have been nice and fresh it wasn't! This is my second time there and my last.

What is wrong with this Sonic? I had bad experience a decade ago never wanted to go back here. But the wife wanted to try their garlic burger, so I took her there.Got soggy fries look like it was used fries.The burgers tots and fries were less than warm.I do not trust the food, so we end up throwing it away.
I stopped eating any kind of food from all Sonics years ago, it's disgusting. But I love the ice they have and normally go to get a drink once in a while.I haven't gone in almost a year to get a drink at this location because they are rude as hell, disrespectful and NEVER EVER can get a simple drink order right, no matter how many times I tell them exactly what I want and it's VERY simple. A Route 44 Coke with EXTRA ice and LIME WEDGES. I ALWAYS tell them lime wedges and NOT the syrup (the syrup is disgusting and makes my drink taste nasty and makes me feel sick). So I always make sure to tell them the ACTUAL FRUIT and NOT the syrup.. but always, always 9/10 times they still put that nasty syrup in. And then are rude when I tell them it isn't right.Like how hard is it to make a very very simple coke with lime fruit wedges???If I could go to the sonic that's closer to fridley,MN I would always go there , they are definitely nicer, and always get my drink right.Why can't I get a simple drink especially when it costs almost $6. ??
We just got slushes and a lemonade thru the drive thru. Always delicious!

Ordered online for pick up at 550pm. Didn't get the food until 617pm. 27 mins late...for fast food.... Food was cold. Doesn't seem like it was the employees fault just not enough staff for a Saturday night. Unacceptable.

Employees giving the bare minimum smh food not fully cooked or made. Just no energy into being there smh breakfast burrito not even a burrito.. it’s a taco, tortilla ice cold, got the bacon burrito for a tiny crushed up piece of bacon. Smh just terrible service.. and sadly every time I give them another chance and they disappoint every time… every time smh
