The host welcomed us with a big smile. She was very kind I believe her name was Jadid? But what I love most about her was how she handled a rude customer who raised his voice and threatened her with bad reviews if he didn’t get his money back from a sandwich he bought and finished the day prior. She was calm and did not let this man bully her into getting a refund. Friendly reminder to be kind and patient towards our front line workers

The lady that helped us was very sweet and did a great job making our order! It’s a small location but she made us feel welcome and pleasant the entire time. Someone had come in to complain about their order from the day before and they wanted a refund after they had eaten the entire sandwich. Her and the manager had handled the situation very well. He tried to berate her and belittle her for not speaking enough English and was rude the entire time. But she handled it with grace....read full review

First time at this location and definitely the last. The layout is impractical, especially during busy lunch hours. You’re jam packed by the front door. The employees seem untrained. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub and he didn’t know which meat to grab, along with my bf’s sandwich which was rotisserie chicken and he wasn’t sure which one it was, I had to help him.
