the fact that it's got several touchscreen menus to order on is a big part of this review.Taco Bell is a restaurant with MANY ingredients , so being able to view the menu and take any item and customize it exactly to your tastes without risking miscommunication between yourself and the cashier - NOTHING AGAINST CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKERS, but Taco Bell specifically has a major communication barrier because of the massive menu and customization options!These touchscreens have allowed me, as a vegetarian, to easily make new and interesting menu items with no pushback from any workers, for incredibly small amounts of money, and in the many times I have gone since I found that this store has this technology I have received ZERO errors between what I wanted/ordered and what I received, which is simply not a rare experience at other fast food establishments, *including* ordering Taco Bell with traditional methods such as the drive through.Vegetarian options: Essentially anything can be prepared to be vegetarian using beans or black beans as substitute for any meat items. It may not be that 100% of the menu is convertible, but enough is to make it shockingly friendly to vegetariansDietary restrictions: As with vegetarian options, the flexibility and specificity of the ordering process should help, although with extreme allergies beware that the kitchen will have many ingredients in it and cross contamination is a possibility. I recommend mentioning your dietary necessities to a human being immediately after ordering.Kid-friendliness: so many options, many very kid friendly, and honestly a heck of a lot healthier than McDonald's or burger king. it's not "health food" by any means but neither is it overpriced empty calories.Wheelchair accessibility: what's to tell? there is a ramp in front of the door for wheelchair use and the lobby isn't cramped

Wanted 6 hard shell supreme tacos. Ordered at the counter. Oh 35 minutes later, still no tacos. Asked where they were. Was told Door Dash came first and I'd have to wait..... Got coupons for 2 free tacos with my next order. Big Surprise.... won't be a next fekking order...

Really nice staff every time in the drive thru. Food tastes fresh and they get the order right! One of the nicest Taco Bell’s I’ve been to honestly.Vegetarian options: You can get anything vegetarian.Parking: Clean lot and plenty of space to park and eat.

My fiancé and i just ordered TB (at 3:30p on a Wednesday) and these guys labeled each of our items so we knew what was what! Also, the guy at the window was very nice. Good experience!

Royally messed up my Uber order. Onions and red sauce on the bean burritos as well as missing an item entirely, yes the receipt had my correct order. Definitely order inside store so you can check if they messed your order up or not! Has happened multiple times.
