Would definitely recommend to anyone who love latino food, Really amazing flavors!Everyone's always been very friendly on the staff that I've met but, if your not fluent in/ or know Spanish you may want to have your translator handy to help you order or any questions you may need answered!All the food is pictured on the menu though I belive so getting a feel for what your ordering if you haven't had much latino cuisine isn't overwhelming by any means!Vegetarian options: I belive most iteams could be made without meat.FYI refried beans sometimes are made with animal fats so double check!Parking: Decent size lot in the strip mall as well as a huge parking lot directly across the street if you needed!

Spanish below:The big conflict I have every time I go to a Mexican restaurant is that I have high expectations regarding the food. For me, if the rice and beans are homemade and have good seasoning, then it is a good sign that the food will be delicious; Of course, it is not always like this. The dish I ordered was delicious, although the rice tasted like boxed rice. The meat had good seasoning. The sauce island was my favorite part and what I recommend 100% because you can hardly find a bar with delicious and varied sauces. !!!this place does not care about the safety of its customers!!!A week ago a very ugly incident happened that endangered not only the affected person but in general all the clients who were there, the employees of Los Ocampo did not bother to call 911 or assist the people after the accident. Unfortunately, I think this type of behavior is very normal for this place.

When I want great service and help from polite workers I visit the Suburban Ave location. The system at this location for customer service is pretty wack starting with the cashier to the pick up/serve area when you grab your food.The food is great at the Arcade Street location. The late hours are a plus. That’s about it though.It would be smoother if the young man cashier would ask if the order is for here or to go after greeting the customer without a rude facial expression. Instead of the customer greeting the cashier. To the rude lady workers that serve the food - call out the order number in English and Spanish. Not everyone speaks Spanish. A women looked at me crazy right in my eyes because she called my order number 3 times in Spanish then finally in English. If only you could serve free smiles and easy communication.1/22/24

I called at 5:05 to pick up food and they said to give them 15 mins came in @ 5:30 to give them time and still had to wait another 20 mins while other ppl got their food before me! They were not even busy at all!! Wtf kind of service is this!!!

The cashier Miranda keeps acting dumb with your clients, and every time I go there at night they put flies in my food or something nice it’s always something very disappointment on the night shift and everybody in there and in the night shift?morning shift is ?? I don’t know it could be that the other ladies are trying to get the cashier fired or they just not organized they never called my number and they make me wait it’s always something the lady whith big but needs to have more communication with the lady calling the order
