Closes at 10 or 2 am or whenever they feel like and still they let you order online until 3. Pizza never is delivered and you don’t find out until it just doesn’t come. and Been burned so many times. Super busted. Don’t even bother

They're friendly enough. Polite when answering questions. Just remember that when they're busy, they're working, and you'll get your food. I had a problem with the website, and I had to change from delivery to takeout. I had to rush over so the food didn't get cold or anything but they were friendly about it.

Had an odd delivery mishap this evening via the Grand Ave location. (The store had to use Door Dash). But I will give props to the person who I addressed my concerns with when I called Toppers. We will probs never use the delivery feature again, but we will pick up from the store because of the awesome customer service I just received.Thank you!

Didn't know they had a nice little area to hang out and eat. Only ever thought of toppers as a deliver pizza joint. I suppose that's why there was by anyone else there. So turned out to be a nice private 'dining' and hang out experience for myself, my mom, and my daughter.Parking: There's a lot right behind to their building that I'm betting not s lot of people utilize it even think of as toppers parking lot. If it was tough to find other parking sometime it might be a good move to order something small just to use the lot for a bit (attempt at own risk)

Just what i needed in a pizza, i wasnt the person to pick it up, but the one who did pick it up said the service "was great" and the atmosphere is "probably a three, but its a take-out place". I especially enjoyed the soft texture of the crust, and it was certainly a pleasant and worthwhile meal all

Topper sticks were okay, none of our sauces (that we added on and paid for) were included and our cinnamon sticks did not come with any icing, but infact Blue Cheese! Absolutely disgusting. If you're trying to play a prank on someone, I really recommend the cinnamon sticks.
Best pizoza is BBQ Chicken with BBQ Sauce instead of red pizza sauce with extra cheese , grilled BBQ Chicken , Onions & Bacon with the hand tossed Tall Boy

My bf is from EC & loves Toppers pizza fries so we were thrilled to see they have some here. They didn't deliver to the E side of St Paul so we had to pick it up. Everything was amazing. Even got my son to try the cinnamon sticks & he loved them!
