For 3 years I have been eating here locally. Only breakfast buffet close.Left so disgusted on a Saturday morning.Had to get my own coffee, put cream in all creamers spoiled. 3rd cup I drank black.Chef(cook) cannot serve a consistent meal. Scrambled eggs covered in cheese and no alternative. Left over dried up sausage from yesterday's buffet and burned bacon.I've done hospitality for 30 years. These folks DO NOT CARE! Skip it....even free! I pay. Accountability in hospitality! Oh yeah, the price was raised and the experience got worse. Never again.

They aren't even open. Is open time 6 AM? If not, correct it please.

The servers and staff working this place are wonderful. Mohamed, whom we interacted with most, kept us entertained with the best humor and conversation. Also to reply to a previous review, this breakfast is not 100% complimentary. I believe you receive a $12 credit per person per room if you are staying at the hotel with a specific membership status. Essentially breakfast is 85% complimentary and as it is an all you can eat I have no problem paying the couple bucks it comes out to be once you are recredited. Healthy food options and a clean space was much appreciated. So tip well because the people operating it really pull through!!

The food is decent & why I gave it the 3 stars. However, this very much looks like a continental free breakfast set up! It was VERY misleading. We originally went thinking we were going to pay for breakfast, but thought differently once we got there & saw the buffet/make your own plates set up. That was until the waitress, who came over after we were seated & eating for a bit & asked if we wanted coffee then she asked how we wanted our bills separated. Just an FYI this breakfast is $15/person! Like I said the food was good though, just a lil unexpected on the bill. I think it would be fair to post somewhere that this breakfast is $15/person!

Mediocre stay, dangerous area, didn’t feel safe, wasn't greeted on entering hotel. If I had to stay here again I would but would highly recommend not venturing out alone at night until some sort of security was provided for outside the hotel facility.

I travel a TON for work throughout the Midwest and stay in a variety of hotels. Parking is confusing! Thankfully I didn’t unload my car before asking. I had been traveling for 10+ hours and was exhausted. Check in was easy and quick. The parking is weird. You park in a lower level ramp and take an elevator back up to the hotel then have to go to another elevator to get to your room. Being a woman and being alone, it made me feel very uncomfortable. I would’ve preferred valet or an open lot. My mistake for booking this hotel and won’t make that again! Bed was HARD!!! Had to check because I honestly thought it was a box spring. Room was kind of clean. It was dusty like no one had been in there for awhile. Ceiling is falling apart and they shoved tissue to patch. Very disappointed overall and won’t stay here again.

My room air was very dry and musty smelling. The shower had a used bar of soap in it. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat. My key card stopped working three separate times in a row. Meaning I had to go back to the front desk almost every time I went to my room.

My son had surgery and we needed a hotel close to the hospital to stay for 6 weeks. Martin and his staff are excellent. They exceeded our expectations by far. They were so polite and very personable. I am so glad that we were able to stay here. Most definitely will be coming back!!

The staff at reception were excellent and the room was clean. It was confusing for us where to register and then where to park. When you arrive it looks like 2 entrances to parking, but take the fist one. It does say registration above the entrance. You can park there while you register, unload and access your room. Then go back and drive out and go into the next entrance that is the parking lot. There is an elevator that you can use to access the hotel. An alternative is to park your car first at the 2nd entrance and then use the elevator to access the hotel. If you don't have much luggage, this will work fine. But we had luggage, cooler, etc.

Nicole at the reception desk was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Such a lovely property with spacious guest rooms. Very quiet due to COVID. Their restaurant was not open. Again due to COVID, downtown was a bit creepy and desolate but the hotel is in walking distance of groceries, coffee, and some food places.

Stayed here due to the best price and cleanliness for the location to the conference I wanted to attend. The check in desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When I asked for more soap they did not skimp by bringing just one extra set. Very happy with this experience.

Very happy with our stay!! The staff was very helpful. We celebrated our anniversary and we were given 2 drink tickets and the the next day we got back to our room and they had champagne there waiting for us!! It was very nice to take the skywalk over to the xcel and not worry about being outside!! We will be back!!

It seems that you can access directly from the restaurant in the hotel and the adjacent building.I only used it for a buffet breakfast, so I haven't confirmed the actual value, but it was a menu that felt like America.
