I actually hate this location so much, not once have they ever handed me an order without something missing, or being wrong.. i asked for a dr pepper and i got the nastiest most watered down coca-cola… asked for EXTRA ranch and bbq, i even repeated myself to make sure they heard me and i got 1 of each, still got charged for extra ranch too! never gave me a receipt or anything.. idk how y’all got 3.8 stars. never once had a good experience here but i keep hoping just maybe it’ll be different whenever i come

11 pm and 2 of my friends and I stop by the drive thru. We put in our order and don't get all of our food. The lady at the window gives us our receipt after we tell her we're missing food. The manager comes by asking what we would like to do, and word for word "would you like to pay for it or what do you want?" Was very rude, and to top it off, they hadn't even given us the card back that we paid with for the food until we complained and tried to pay for the food that they hadn't accounted for.Overall awful experience.

The location is bad. One way corner turn only. These workers don't smile. They also don't welcome you. ?It can be their culture or something but smile while you're speaking.Clean place and spacious.
They refused to give me the order I made at the drive thru menu and tried to have me come back around and order a sandwich again because they didn’t hear my order the first time. The manager had a nasty attitude and had me waiting at the window for almost twenty minutes before she would even come talk to me. I will never go back.
