Went to this fine establishment tonight and was greeted by a gentleman working the drive thru. My family and I proceeded to order our food and got told our total and told to pull around, never repeating our order back. We pay the gentleman how much was owed and again, didn't get out order read back and handed back my debit card with no receipt. He gives us our food and just shuts the door in our face. We check our food and of course the order was wrong. We waited another 5 minutes until he finally sees we're still there. We asked him for our order of mozzarella sticks and he tells us a total?? I said we already paid for our order and he just stared at me and THEN handed me my receipt showing he never added them. And of course he was no where to be found at the window to deal with this issue, so we left without the food... Absolutely the worst customer service I've had.

I live closer to other White Castles but make the drive to this location because I prefer it over the others. I come here usually early to mid afternoon and sometimes service can be slow though the drive-thru but I have never had an issue with my order being wrong. Sometimes you just get the crave & need to feed it! Wish they still mailed coupons.. sigh.. Fave combo is number 2 with a cherry coke :)
