Good breakfast and service.

Bartender (Brandon) probably shouldn't be working a Customer Service job. Got my order wrong, had to ask him three times for a glass of water, never greeted me, never responded to me saying hello or thanks or asking for something, just walked away and left me hoping he would get it right this time.

Server was friendly and nice. She didn't interrupt or push anything on me, which was appreciated. Shrimp was very overdone but not horrible for fast food. Mahi was OK, not fully deboned. Kitchen are not cooks just food assemblers. A service charge of 4.5% is applied but is not for the servers "tip" but I calculated it as such because it is extortion.

Randy at the bar today around 3: 00 PM was THE BEST!!!! You will never know what you did to help the guy who was medically traveling for the first time in his life. Please know the way you treated him gave him the hope and support he needed for the rest of his life. THANK YOU!!!!

Food is very mediocre. I mean yeah I shouldn’t expect amazing in a small airport but still. Our server started off okay and then suddenly she was short, rude and not attentive. I’ll definitely get fast food next time.

For airport food and drinks - I was pleasantly surprised!I ordered a couple margaritas during my layover ($12 each I believe) and the steak fajitas ($21). Margaritas were delicious and the fajitas were super flavorful, with very fresh toppings. Overall, comparable to a Mexican restaurant I wouldn't expect to see at an airport. Definitely higher quality than typical airport food, and reasonable prices.

Layover in the middle of college football championship WA MI and couldn't find a tv near my departing gate. Stumbled upon them as they were airing the game. I could tell they were shutting down only to find out they closed before 9pm with a few people lingering. Would have preferred to grab a drink and watch the game for a bit but was happy just standing outside their establishment and watching the game. As they were cleaning up manager came out and started shutting down off the tvs. Didn't have any of their food or service but a place at airport that does that while there are people all over the airport, sports fans gotta know. Walk a bit further to something else. Those people are not your friends.

WOW, WOW, WOW!Even if you are in a different concourse at MSP, you MUST come to Zona Cocina in Concourse F!The menus was riveting, so much to choose from! Vegetarian as well as kid-friendly options. NOT anything like any other airport restaurant. And don't get me started on the bar and drink selection, you want it they got it, even ginger ale. The marg with Cointreau was exactly what I make at home. If Nick is your server you will not be disappointed. He is spunky, bald, average height, trust me, you'll know. Thanks Nick for absolutely bar-none stellar service!!GET HERE!
