I ordered delivery from here with a double portion of steak and I got a burrito stuffed to the gills with rice and the veggies I ordered but not a scrap of steak by the time I finished the burrito. Now I understand why people avoid this location like the plague and just go 5 minutes further to the next closest one.Never bother ordering from this location. Ever.

So, Where do I begin? We ordered on the app about an hour before they closed, big mistake!!!We rolled through the drive thru and picked up our prepaid food, easy peazy right?We got home and opened our burrito bowls and nothing seemed correct... because nothing was correct. We were missing chips & Salsa, guacamole on one of the bowls, corn & salsa on another and sour cream on the last (ordered 3 bowls for about $50)We tried to call but was rerouted to India, very frustrating. Come to find out that that's the only way to chat with someone at Chipotle.We jumped back into the car and drove back to Chipotle only to find out they ran out of chips & guacamole and we couldn't get a refund. We had to call India to get our $ back.We did make the call the next day and got a full refund.

Yesterday for lunch, I ordered up a burrito using Chipotle's app. I went to this location's "Chipotelane" drive through to pick up my order. The employee at the drive up was unable to locate my order after I had said my name and shown her my phone with my purchase receipt on it. After some back and forth, she remarked, "Oh! Your order was right here by me all along!" I shook my head, thanked her and drove off. Despite my negative experience and all of the other individuals who have written negative reviews about this particular Chipotle location, I decided to give this location the benefit of the doubt and give it another try for dinner yesterday. I placed my order on the Chipotle app for a 5 PM Chipotlane pick up. I arrived slightly early at 4:55 PM. The young man at the drive through looked at the order on my phone and asked me if I could pull through and "wait because there were 9 other orders ahead of me." Ok. I pulled ahead and waited 10 minutes in an adjacent parking lot and then proceeded to drive back in line and waited in line for 30 more minutes before I received my order at 5:40 p.m. The long wait was far past my expectations for service and was simply unacceptable. When I got home, I discovered that the double portion of chicken that I ordered did not happen. They barely gave me any chicken at all despite me paying for extra protein. I don't like leaving negative reviews online. I prefer to only leave a positive review if I experience exceptional service or value. In this case, however, I feel the need to leave a negative one star rating here to warn others about what they might encounter if they order food from here and in the hopes that whoever is managing this particular Chipotle location takes the time to read my review and wakes up to take the appropriate steps to rectify their team's horrendous customer service and profound lack of quality. In general, I love Chipotle, but I will not be giving any more of my business to this particular location.

Don't do it!Ordered and paid online to pick up thru the drive thru, waited 20 min in the line. Got to the window, observed multiple employees walk by, waited another couple minutes before anyone came to the window. My order was right there and since we were now 30 minutes past pick up time my food was nice and cold. Now, I like cold Chipotle as much as the next person but I like hot Chipotle too. Oh and they forgot my chips too :(

Food was old in the warmer, one cheese was crusty. Service was great. ONe of the dirtiest Chipotle I have been in, not talking just from this shift, just grubby overall. Out of chips.

Food was ice cold upon immediate serving. Very bland which is surprising coming from chipotle. Even the guacamole was literally just mashed avocado with no onion or seasonings. Standard SOP was absolutely ignored. After seeing that this location has nothing but bad reviews, I will make sure to avoid this location from now on. Sad that we cannot even voice our concerns directly to the branch without being labeled a Karen so here we are leaving a review to only receive a basic automated response from the owner. Hopefully readers will know to eat elsewhere at least.
