Everytime we come to this dairy queen it sucks. The system broke or froze. My girls and I waited 45 minutes for you guys to come tell me that you can't make my order after I already ordered it. If you can't handle the stress then it's not the job for you. Get a better management too

Sat in drive through for so long that they person in front of me went over the curb to leave and then I did the same a minute later. I went in and they were low staffed. All the workers looked 15 and nobody was doing the drive through. I heard one of them say where is the headset someone should check the drive through it’s been 15 mins. There was 8 cars waiting. Once I went in and ordered it took 6 mins to get food. I ordered a medium blizzard with two toppings and they got the icecream flavor wrong and they only put in one topping. I just threw it away. I wasn’t going to ask them to redo my order but there goes 10 dollars down the drain! NOT HAPPY

The employees didn’t understand what extra cheesecake bites on the side are. Instead they put some bites on top of the blizzard, none in the middle either, and no cheesecake bites on the side and made the other blizzard wrong after asking twice what the order was. When my boyfriend went to the window about it they took his blizzard back and took the lid off just to all act grossed out. This is the second location I have gone to and they still don’t understand instructions or how to act professional.

We went through the drive-through and ordered 3 different ice creams. One was a Carmel sundae. The sundae consists of soft serve and Carmel. THAT'S it.... no nuts, no whipped topping no cherry. I inquired about it and was told..." You have to ask for that, and it's 50 cents more for each item." IT WAS ALREADY 5.00 bucks. If I wanted ice ream with Carmel sauce, I would have ordered that. Do better DQ.After reviewing the other posts, I noticed the response from the " owner" was all the EXACT REPLY.I don't feel any of us are being heard. Just cut and paste response. Maybe it's time to go to yogurt lab

There is always something wrong when we come to this Dairy Queen. It’s either the ice cream machine is broken, the service is slow, or something is out. I don’t know what’s going on at this location or who is managing it, but clearly they’re failing.Sadly, this is too regular an occurrence and I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll just drive somewhere further away to get ice cream from now on.

We were at the drive through and had to wait 10+ minutes on one car. The wait times are absolutely unbelievable, and this is happening with a fairly sized team. The service is often extremely slow, and the product you get is 100% not worth the wait.

Ordered a L blizzard, M blizzard, large order of cheese curds, and regular order of onion rings. Received 2 melted blizzards and one order of cheese curds and no onion rings after waiting 10-15 minutes. Cost $30. It’s not worth it to go to this (or maybe any?) Dairy Queen anymore.
Ordered thru the drive thru. Staff could not understand and asked us to pull up to the window. 18 minutes later we received our order and it was wrong. We were told to pay more money and they would fix it. We drove away feeling disappointed as for we visit Dairy Queen’s quite often. First time to this one and terrible experience. Will not be back.

Terrible service! Granted they had to change out one of the ice cream spouts. Customer service was missing entirely. It took 15 minutes to get 2 blizzards and they got one wrong and had to redo.This is too bad. The service here used to be the best. I will not go again.

I visited on December 3rd 2023, and was not impressed. Was waiting for about 15 minutes before I had to go in to ask if the food was ready. They began to say that they gave my food to the person behind me and had forgotten that we had pulled forward. I got the food to find out that the toast they gave me had cinnamon and had gotten on my fries.
