I ordered door dash. Hot hoagie and garlic cheese bread. Wheat bread was super dry and the cheese bread was old. Called davannis, talked to a manager and she reassured that there’d be a gift card mailed out to replace the horrible food. Been over a month. Haven’t heard or received my credit. Will not repeatUpdate:whomever monitors this Google account reached out over a week ago and asked me to email them directly. So I did. No response whatsoever. I don’t mean to carry on but your response to my review prompted another disappointing interaction where you fail to prioritize a complaint from a longtime customer who has literally spent thousands of dollars with you.

Always a fan of their pizza! In reality there are so many competitors out there it can be hard to choose but this is always a great choice. In addition, their hoagies are maybe their best kept secret. Awesome!

Can't comment on food as when we got there they had no order under husband's name. I was right next to him when he ordered. It was 2 in the afternoon and place was empty. What sounded like a young girl took order, when I went in to get it kid at register asked if could be under a different name. I know my husband's name.

Cashier didn't know the menu. Pasta dishes came out half warm and half cold. The spinach and mushrooms weren't cooked. 2 entrees and 2 side salads for $34. Absolutely

The pizza and salad was really good! The wings were a little small, so I couldn't give it a 5 stars. I did catty out, so what customer service I received was good! I'd recommend anyone to check them out.
I really enjoy being able to go dine in for pizza, and not just take out. Davanni's offers something for everyone! From pasta, salad, wings, pizza to hot hoagies! We've tried pretty much everything now. We took my mom here for dinner and she really liked the pizza too. I love that they have the freestyle drink machine. It's a quick option by us and always hits the spot.

Ordering my food was great. The guy really helped me with my questions. When I came back to pick up my order, I was told right away that I did not place an order at the store that I placed in person 30 minutes ago.

Poorest run restaurant in savage, possibly Minnesota. The owner will literally argue with you. Made a comment about not being able to get soda delivered with your meal and got a snotty response from the "owner". I guess they don't understand customer service. Just so you know, people don't care to hear your defense. They care that you make it right. Especially with regulars. Shame on you davanis. Show some professionalism. DONT spend your money here unless you want to deal with horrible service.
