Food was decent. Breana or whatever her name is, was so rude. I don’t know who taught her that raising her voice at people (especially a child) is a smart idea. It’s rude. I ordered a “plain hamburger not even the cheese” as I have ordered for my kid for years. Never has ANYONE raised their voice at my kid because they didn’t know what the word “plain” means. But miss Breana wanted to raise her voice and shoot dirty looks from the kitchen the whole time?!?! Ew.B- if you are gonna work in customer service, you do need to act like it. People bring their kids out to have fun, not to be shamed in a fast food restaurant, because she wanted a plain sandwich and you got irritated at the situation. In the future, I suggest calmly and quietly, talking it over with customers, you might have a better response and not get a bad review.

The french onion steak burgers were delicious. Amazing flavor and the texture was juicy yet crispy. The fresh fries and french fry sauce was delicious. Food came out hot and quickly. The restaurant was clean, and employees were friendly and helpful. They have a self serve pop machine, which I appreciate. Prices are very reasonable. Plenty of parking.

These burgers and fries are legit. The fries are thin, so if that's not your thing, try them anyway. The first time I got a double. The patties are thinner but so flavorful. The second time I wanted just a single, they don't have it on the menu but said I could get it. The patty was like looking through a screen door. But, they are so delicious I don't care.

First, I’ll say that I’ve been to several of these chains….this has been my biggest disappointment. Dirty restaurant, dust over all of the surfaces, cold fries, dirty bathroom, and almost refused my service because they couldn’t break 100$ bill.. Unreal! If you want this store to survive and thrive I’d suggest getting whomever is in the St. Cloud store management to get this store back the way it was years ago…
Just bought the double California cheese burger meal paid $11.26 American dollars. The (steak burger) was so thin I could see through it. And to think I passed a Culver's to get here. This hamburger joint is off my list.Nothing about the website that you posted works, imagine that. But hey it was a nice try.

Food is good but I had a bad experience with their drive through. I had ordered a meal for myself without the drink and a kids meal for my daughter. I was charged for both meals as well. I then brought the food home and my burger and fries were missing, so I only had the kids meal. I called asking if they can run a refund and they said I had to come back as they couldn’t do it over the phone. I had to then bring both my baby and 4 year old back and waited in drive through saying I had called and I’m just wanting my burger and fries that I paid for. They then said I have to come inside for that. Had to drag both my girls inside and they then initially wanted me to pay for the meal AGAIN but would give me a card for a free burger next time. However, after they gave me the comp card, they realized they never actually rung up my meal and was only figuring out the amount I paid, for the comp card. I think then at that point, they didn’t dare ask me to actually pay a second time for my meal after waiting even longer. What a hassle!! I would have just appreciated being able to get my burger and fries through the drive though after calling over the phone to explain. (especially with 2 little kids) Appreciative of the comp card, pissed about the run around.

I’m allergic to seasoning salts of all kinds so I ordered French fries without any seasoning, I waited in line long enough for fresh fries to be made. I drove away and pulled in space to check my food and they were very full of seasoning! I went back around, waiting again in drive thru line again and this time I was given the wrong size, small! At least they were hot and unseasoned, although I paid for large and was sure to say that to attendant who was polite but inept. This isn’t the first time, sadly I love the malts!
