Jimmy Johns super fast delivery took over an hour to delivery less than 2 miles away. Was “out for delivery” for more than 30 minutes. I thought a $5 tip for a 1.8 mile drive was generous. Round trip thats $50 an hour for their time. Next time I’ll order from Jersey Mikes I guess….

If I could give a zero I would. I think they took the "Little John" sandwich meaning to a new level. This is laughable. Tried to call the manager on duty to remake for my son and she wasn't authorized. Really? To remake a sandwich that costs under $5?! Embarrassing.

I have given this place 3 chances. Every time I go they have always ran out of bread. You’re a sub shop, and you don’t have any bread? Not a good sign.

They never seem to clean their ice machine- gross. This is not the first time there have been white/gray chunks in my drink. I called about it once and they said they would put a free drink into my account. That never happened.

I hate writing this. I completely understand businesses being short staffed, staffed by people who may not care etc. but something has gone terribly wrong with this Jimmy John’s. I also understand and am ok with having to wait a little longer for my online delivery. I was even presented with a screen before placing my order that stated my order may take a little longer to be delivered, ok that’s fine. But I really feel that waiting over two hours is too much… for subs. Or at the very least, let people know approximately how long they can expect to wait. My order was confirmed at 5:20, didn’t go out for delivery until 6:41…here it is 7:30 and my order still hasn’t been delivered. I have a problem with a company whose motto is “freaky fast” but I still haven’t received my order… over 2 hours later. I live about a half mile from Jimmy John’s. I’m really disappointed and something needs to change. Someone needs to take charge and figure out why all of this is happening…(clearly more than just a few times based on other reviews I’ve read)

Lotta complaints on here about the service, but the sandwiches they make here are actually terrible. Every time they have bad vegetables, are sloppily made, and soggy. I hope the manager here sees this and makes some changes because JJs is fantastic when it is done right!

We ordered on the mobile app at 11:45 and we did not get our food until 12:30. They were also playing extremely explicit and loud music.

I have ordered delivery from here. Twice they called me and said they had to cancel my order because they were "out of bread." Today they said they have no drivers. If y'all don't want to deliver in the evening, just say so! So lame.

Not freaky fast. I guess their manager walked out to get a haircut next door and didn't tell anyone. The 2 guys working here are relatively new, and they have a ton of orders. I feel sorry for them.

I had to select one star...but they get ZERO stars. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one they're messing around with. Had another AWFUL experience yesterday...order took 2 hours. The delivery driver Matthew stood at my door for so long that my neighbors were outside watching and wondering why a man was standing at my door for so long. Matthew then called me from his personal cell and left a long, scathing voicemail. He was lying and saying I needed to come to the door to sign a credit card receipt because it was a phone order. Clearly I placed it online. This dude is soo creepy and I'll be filing 2 police reports against him today. I've also experienced the, "we're out of bread, out of turkey, out of lettuce, don't have a delivery driver, etc". Just a bunch of punk kids who don't want to work.

***2nd time this has happened at this location with various details***Ordered at 12:39 at the Savage Location;14351 Hwy 13 SSavage, MN 55378United States I came in around 12:45pm to pick and was told after waiting 10 mins, they didn't have bread. I watched 2 employees fool around for over ten minutes, walking back and forth while yelling and goofing off. The place was dirty and papers were all over the kitchen floor. Then after people started walking in with online and in person orders, bread finally came out and was brought to front to make sandwiches. Workers slowly started coming, and manning the line. I finally at 1pm asked if my order was coming soon, and was met with a rude response from the cashier, "we're busy." I pleaded that I was waiting for a long time. People kept coming in and finally sandwiches were coming out for everyone else, but not mine. People were walking in, and getting food and leaving before me. I stood and waited for over another ten minutes. Before long I was one of 2 ppl left waiting around. Mind you there were 2 people when I walked In, 10-15 people mid wait, then everyone but me and one person were left. I finally asked for the manager and was told the guy who seemed the most unprofessional was him. I wasn't gonna deal with some young, dirty looking guy. So I just waited. The cashier told me the managers name was Adam.Finally after there was one order still up? I said, "this is ridiculous, everyone that's come in after me is gone and I see my order sitting there. Are you the manager?? This is not ok, and I've been waiting almost 45 mins." He then said "we are slammed and your order is up, so do you want me to make it or sit talking. I can put it behind these other orders if you want." I then asked his name from him directly, and he refused. I asked the store number and he gave me some b.s. answer of 1. He refused to give me his card.Finally after 45 mins, the unhelpful cashier, said sorry and handed me food. I then said " i won't ever be back here because this is terrible service. I will be calling it in/ submitted feedback. " The manager Adam, mocked back sarcastically "if this is all you have to deal with, your life is pretty good. Thanks for being a nice and patient customer." He was yelling at me I front of everyone in the store, never apologized, never took responsibility for the issue. I said "don't worry I'll never be back."I have never had such a poor experience at a quick service establishment. The systems, cleanliness, hospitality, and sheer organization is a failure. I will never step foot in a Jimmy John's because of this experience. I know people say things like "he should be fired" but I would never ever hire a person of such poor leadership qualities. I would highly recommend your corporate leaders audit this store. I can't believe I paid for this experience.
