Stopped here one day to have pho and it was not what I expected. The broth was oily, the pho was overpriced for the size, the noodle was very soft it almost felt like I was eating kao phia. They basically didn't care to served us. After they brought out the pho, they left into the kitchen and never came back out to ask if we needed any water or anything else. Gorgeous fengshui. I should’ve written a review sooner as I keep coming back to try new things.Pork chop rice platter is tasty. Doesn’t come with the broth that I’m traditionally used to; however, when I asked him, he kindly brought me a side of the broth and didn’t charge me extra. I’d highly recommend the pork chop rice platter and make sure to ask for the side of broth with it. It’s all “homemade” and authentic tasting. It comes with the egg soufflé meatloaf and vegetables.I’ve also tried the pho which is fabulous. Everything in it is homemade even the noodles. Im used to preserved noodles that most restaurants use so trying this pho with homemade noodles was a delightful treat. One can really taste the difference. Broth is amazing and the meatballs are the ones I love. It doesn’t have the tripe chewy stuff in it. It’s the actual right kind of beef meatballs.The short ribs platter is one of the best I’ve ever tried. The flavor is perfect and it’s grilled so tastes so yummy. It also comes with rice and vegetables and an egg. Makes me feel like it’s summer time until I leave and see snow going to my car.I love each time that I stop in, they offer a new chicken wing special. I’ve tried the salt and pepper wings, Asian zing, and Lemmon grass wings - all three were extremely good.I definitely recommend this unique beautiful restaurant as I plan to continue coming here. Cafe Su Dah is yummy. He even knows how to make Syntho Caffe.My daughters sweet 16 is coming up and we’ve hired this place to cater it. He will even deliver which i think is extremely helpful. I hope more companies try him out and look into the B&Pho to cater their events as this restaurant is yummy and reasonably price or cheap considering the quality of food. Excellent pho, and excellent service! Very tasty pho, meats are lean, and veggies all super fresh and good. Also, the restaurant is extremely clean. All condiments are clean, dishes, cups and silverware are spotless and restaurant area is very very clean as well. The management must really care. This is our new favorite pho place!

I've been here twice now and I'm pleasantly surprised, considering you don't find many great Viet places in MSP, let alone Savage. Their food was excellent and just what I was feeling; on top of that, the staff are incredibly friendly. The icing on the cake is the milk tea, though... I had zero expectations, so imagine my surprise when it was better than anything I've tried in the Bay Area! Came back twice for it and will be coming back again. The second time, they slightly messed up my milk tea order and when I pointed it out, they gladly corrected it. Super awesome service!

The staff was rude. It was an old man with a white shirt. I don't know how explain it but if you want to know how rude he is, welcome to the place. One example is he was annoyed because we ding the counter bell as no one was outside to greet us when we came in. We had to ding the bell twice because no one heard us or cared to greet their customer. He kept the same attitude until the end. He gave me a pen to sign the bill as if I owed him money or something. He kind of slammed it on the counter. In general, the foods were good but the staff manner should be improved
Came here for boba, then went back for dinner. The boba milk tea here is amazing! Such a good price for such a large size. I really like the texture of the pearls.Food was really good too! The egg rolls were very yummy. I had the cơm tấm and it tastes exactly the way my mom and aunt make it.Phở broth was good too!! I would definitely eat here again, and will get boba a lot from this place.Place was super clean, service is very nice!! Super awesome experience!
