I've been going to this Wendy's everyday for the last 4 years and I will not be coming back because of John on first shift in the morning at 7:45 a.m. I will be going to McDonald's from now on terrible service need to get a new manager

Horrible location, they always get your order wrong rude employees. Last visit was just awful the employee refused to give a drink holder for my four drinks told me it was not part of the meal

Had a breakfast mobile order and the lady said they never got the order and can't make it without a ticket, and didn't try to resolve it. She just said my receipt needs to say paid online but it clearly had my card info and my card was charged.. called customer service and they said it'll take 7-10 days for it to be reviewed. I better get my refund...

Loved our experience at wendys today! It was my son's first time ordering, not only were they patient but they gave him and his brothers a free Keychain to get frosty's for the year. He was so excited and boosted his confidence!

When we went up to the drive thru we had asked for a vanilla frosty and chocolate. The lady taking the order had thought we asked for banana and said “we don’t have banana” but we had clearly asked for vanilla. She then said all they had was chocolate and peppermint so we got one of each. We had gotten our frosty but we saw that she had a AirPod in and couldn’t even hear us and the frosty was pink and didnt even taste good. I don’t think I will ever come back to Wendy’s.They lost a very valuable costumer.
