I've always had a great experience at this auntie aunt's location, even when they ran out of my favorite sour cream pretzels. The asian lady (who I assumed was the manager) super knowledgeable and does her job well! The pretzels are always yummy, and I love the deals they offer!

Every time I go here it's always a hit or miss.. usually a miss. Stop giving out hard pretzels that have been sitting out for hours.. throw them out. It's not fair to customers who pay good money just to be given some stale, old pretzels. I'm sure you guys have a time limit for how long they can be out but that time needs to be decreased... Do better.

All their pretzels are fresh and delicious. The original is nice and savory, even without salt.

We needed hot water to warm up our babies milk, and I asked this cashier if they had any hot water.. as the gentleman was pouring me the hot water; 2 associates yelled at him about not giving out hot water because of a liability issue... I get it.. but the associates yelling at him should at least not yell at him and approach him nicely... he gave us the hot water and got yelled at for being a nice person... I love auntie Anne's and go to this location all the time... maybe not anymore.. not after seeing how these "managers" or associates treat there employees.... The cashier was a nice young man wearing glasses, and the some Indian girl and tall Caucasian man were the ones yelling at him

National Pretzel day ruined! My family and I were so looking forward to enjoy our National pretzel day at Auntie Anne's and guess what? We were in line for 20 mins since 6:30 pm and by the time we got to front of the line we were told that the National pretzel day ended at 6:45 pm. There were still plenty of pretzels available but they are no longer honoring the free offer from their app. I guess we just have to go home on an empty stomach with disappointment from the Auntie. Thanks a lot Anne!

Pretzel Day! Only swung by since the app sent several alerts to pick up a free one. Waited in super slow line just to be told they don't honor the offer 15 minutes before closing. No where did the terms state that. If you can't honor to give away cheap carbs then don't sent me several pings! Banned!

I was at Valley Fair yesterday (yes, on Valentine's Day! I took myself shopping) and got hungry. I walked by Auntie's Anne's and was greeted promptly. Good service and the cashier was very nice. I asked him what pretzels were currently available and he gave me the full list patiently. I asked for a sour cream 'n onion pretzel and he made it fresh (!!). How nice! Thanks man. I love their pretzels (better than the other pretzel place) and Auntie Anne's pretzels are delicious! I also love their pretzel dogs, and their bites are really good if you're sharing with a friend or two.

I visited this location for the 1st time. I ordered a plain pretzel, with salt. I was told there would be a wait of approximately 5 minutes. The order was placed, we went for a walk & returned. The pretzel was very warm, good amount of salt. The staff were professional & helpful. The bag contained a good amount of mustard packs. I enjoy a good pretzel with salt & mustard. I enjoyed the visit & will order again.

I had a bad experience with one of the employee today. This asian employee with the highlights, piercing, and glasses was being rude and rolled her eyes at my sister and I. We didn't do anything to make her angry at all. This employee acted liked she doesn't like her job. I never experience something at auntie Annie's and I love their pretzels. After today I don't think I would want to go back. If this happens to me again or anyone I would tell management to talk to their employees about the bad behavior they are giving to customers. This behavior should not be allowed in an environment where they have to be rude to customers.

Definitely like that you have the ability to order from the app now, makes it much easier to use coupons and makes ordering more convenient. Used the pretzel day bogo free deal yesterday. When we got there, two girls were counting money and said give us a moment. Neither looked too happy to be working there, I said okay and waited a few minutes. After a few minutes, saw another girl with a bag with pretzels that she was stapling shut so I just asked her instead if it was for "Elizabeth." It was my order so I thanked her and left. Meanwhile the other girl was still counting money and the one helping her left to go to the back. Customer service could use some work, but glad my order was ready. Always love Auntie Anne's pretzels. The cinnamon sugar and pepperoni pretzels are my 2 favorites.

Went there yesterday 2-16-20 and was greeted by two of the sweetest gals. They both kindly greeted me and had made me feel welcomed. Even though they both looked slammed with orders, and it was hectic the manager, ( I apologize I didn't get her name but she's short with glasses ) continued to boost her teammate up with encouragement. It's sad that a big company like this one mistreat their employees. It's clear they were understaffed and not prepared. 5 stars for service, 1 star for the company.

I came around 8pm and there was no line. I got a cinnamon sugar pretzel right away after paying. No waiting at all and the pretzel was warm. The service was quick and great too.

LMAO!!! On my phone using the tmobile app and saw that there was an Auntie Anne deal (Small drink and a pretzel for $1). Decided to swing by and was greeted by a girl who looked displeased to work there or maybe an off day? There was no line and they were prepping so I came up with my buddy and asked her for the deal while showing it on my phone. After hitting redeem it said I had two minutes to use it. Ordering took like 45 seconds and I had a minute to spare yet she started getting sassy with me. "Next time, WAIT for us to tell you to redeem it." Yeah, it sounds normal but the tone she added to it was so condescending and distasteful. Why project your anger at a customer who just wants a cinnamon pretzel? Edit: Went back to get her name Jyanea
