Quesadilla was old and dried out. The chicken on the salad was cold. Ribs are tiny. The bartender only offered 1 beverage, then didn't ask if we wanted anything else. Bar was sticky and had crumbs from previous customers. We asked to have it wiped down, and she grabbed a paper towel from wash station and cleaning bottle and then wiped down the area in front of us. One spot was still sticky, so we moved seats. There were crumbs on the bar top around the corner from us, and she never bothered to clean that up. I've never seen a bartender dump hot water over liquor bottles to clean them. I don't think I'd ever order a drink there again. It was a strange experience. Bartender did not visit with customers at the bar or provide service beyond minimum services. I did enjoy getting to watch some of the Wild game during the long wait for food. The gal that brought the food out dumped ranch dressing all over the counter and my husband. We didn't get utensils until a few minutes after our food came. It was overall a very disappointing experience.

Everything was great! The steak was done perfectly. I ordered some A1 sauce for it, but with how flavorful the steak was by itself, I didn't really need it! Thank You!

Great location, friendly staff! Busy Friday night, took a little bit to get service, (but server was fantastic), took a long time to get food because of how busy they were . Food was good, although burgers weren't cooked to our specifications. Glad to see it busy! Will definitely be back!

We had the best lunch at the Shakopee Chili's over the weekend. Chips & Salsa with a side of ranch... Y-U-M! The chicken sandwich and secret sauce burger on the 3 for Me menu were delicious! Chicken crispers were some of the best I've had at this Chili's in a long time. Waitress and other staff were super nice, quick, efficient, and helpful. We stopped coming here a couple years ago due to slow service but we will definitely be returning more frequently after our most recent visit!!

The only good experience of this visit was the food. We sat at the bar and the staff was almost comical to watch as they had no clue how to make drinks much less clear empty plates and come back for the bill. We could have easily walked out and they wouldn’t have had a clue. Other customers behind us got up and walked out as the service was horrendous.
