I suggest avoiding this location. I used to always order online here and for the most part, it would be ready. However, there would be a few times it wasn’t. That wasn’t a big deal since I would usually wait near the shelves until the line was less busy to ask the cashier about it. I did it one night and waited until I could talk to the cashier. I showed them my online order. They didn’t look for it or make it. Instead, they stood and did nothing. I asked another worker and they also did nothing. A group of them went to the back to talk with each other. I stayed there for a bit thinking they would eventually get back to me. They didn’t. The restaurant didn’t have anyone in line. I waited there for around an hour and ended up leaving without my food. I guess they didn’t have time to make my food, but they did have time to go on their phones and make fun of my dad waiting outside in the car.

Doesn't really matter which location. All chipotle in MN are 1 star to me these days. Prices increased, portions decreased, and if you dare to ask the employee at the counter for a fair portion, all common courtesy vanishes.

My carry out order was incorrect - the label on the container was accurate but the actual contents weren’t - and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I tried calling the store but got an automated response and had to use their “automated assistant” Pepper to attempt to resolve the issue. There’s no actual person at the other end of this chat function so you can only have very limited communication. Ultimately I got a message letting me know the automated assistant would email me a coupon for a free drink. A coupon for what is probably $2.50 is my compensation for a $12 entree that I’m unable to eat.I’m sure the local store has no control over how this was ultimately handled but it’s so frustrating to waste money on food you can’t eat, argue with a chat bot, and then get compensated with a free drink when it’s my entire entree I wasted money on. A full refund of the entree is the only compensation that makes sense here.

I live about half-way between the Savage and Shakopee locations, and the experiences could not be more different. Savage Chipotle is plagued by long delays, incorrect orders, skimping on ingredients, and everything else you can imagine going wrong. Shakopee (Old Carriage Ct) has been just the opposite. My online orders are ready on time every time and are perfect. Huge shout out to the crew there!

Didn't want to grill the asada steak like i wanted it was 630pm and the food table was empty and food all over the table

Who makes the first half of a burrito puts everything hot on the burrito and then just leaves it on the counter and walks away? The other person working the counter was clearly busy doing a big order. Why would you start helping a customer and walk away to let their food cool down? And i'm not talking like 10 seconds i'm talking like 5-10 minutes. Absolutely the last time I will be in here. So glad I wanted something warm today.

i went 12/4 at about 9pm. y’all were cleaning grills and the line but this review is specifically for the lady that made my bowl, she made me the best bowl i’ve ever had in all of my chipotle eating years. she had to walk around the grills to get to the toppings and i wish i would’ve gotten her name but hopefully she ends hearing about this. she did amazing and did it all with a smile. my tummy was very happy
