I placed my order online and watched the driver getting closer to my house. I left my front door open and house light on and never received my order. I got an email stating the order wasn't completed as planned and gave me 60 points. I searched my order and it said ot was delivered. 2 hours later I still never got my order. I called and they said it was our for delivery. I asked why it took so long and the employee stated "I guess we got busy". Ended up reordering except with Savage. Unacceptable and ridicules.... thanks shakopee dominos, $27 down the drain.

My order was for carbide pickup. When I arrived, I texted "here" like the text told me to do. They guarantee 2 minutes after 10 minutes. I went in and was told they were to busy to bring it out. I asked about the 2 minute guarantee and was told "Oh well". The pizza wasn't hot.

Tobias is the literal worst. My tots were brunt, and pizza was missing 3 out of the 4 ingredients I asked for. Tobias did nothing to help with all of the mistakes made by dominos.

Poor customer service. Writing this as I’m sitting the their parking lot curbside. Arrived maybe a in minute or two after the app clearly say the 15 MINUTES, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my fiancé to GO IN and pick up the order and they weren’t done, but everyone else who showed up AFTER we did, the left the store with their food. We were half way home and then noticed one of my melts wasn’t here. So we had to drive all the way back, calling the store with no one answering, to go get it and it was sitting there in the oven. One of the workers who just got on the clock( didn’t have a tag on yet ) apologized for it which was really nice of him.I work the in the service industry so I understand getting behind. But my fiancé says as he walked in, one guy was having a conversation with a customer who already had their food, and the other guy wasn’t doing anything and he looked at my fiancé and said “Are you here for something?”.WOW.

what happen to my pizza?! this is how it arrived, im not sure what they did it what the delivery guy did, but this is uncalled for. and i tipped for them to do this!? i see another customer had the same issue with thier pizza being like this, don’t order from this place! i didn’t even eat because it looked tampered with and couldn’t even call because it was passed after hours
