One of the best subways around. I've worked at 3 locations in the past but the service, quality and atmosphere always are above any expectation. Always friendly and always helpful. The worst experience ever at Subway - Avoid the place at all costs! My order was on-line when I picked it up the woman had dumped 2 cups of jalapenos on my sandwich. When I called back numerous times she was a coward and did not answer. So I drove back and she again was a coward and hid in the back room like a child and told me to go F myself as I was leaving. Granted I was angry and said a quite a few things as well but if your are going to sabotage a sandwich at least be an adult and look the person in the eye when they come back. Again with all sincerity avoid this place at all costs you don't know what they will put in your sandwich.

I came into Subway, to order a salad because I remembered getting nice, veggie loaded salads that were chopped up for you. When I asked for salad over a sandwich, the gall at the counter seemed a bit frustrated. I let that roll off, but as I continued to place my order, I sensed her frustration rising. She closed the lid on the salad before I could finish telling her what I would like on my salad. I told her that I actually wanted to add dressing and she opened it again. When I asked her if she was going to chop the salad, she said no, we do not have the items to do that anymore. I asked her if she would provide a knife for me to chop my own salad and she said they did not have any plastic knives. I asked if she could accommodate me, and use the knives in the store to chop my salad, she said no. At this point in time, she was refusing to answer any more questions. I asked her to please clarify for me how I should eat this salad, as it seemed like a hot mess and very difficult to consume. I told her that I was just asking them to help me, and that if they could be a little more human and understand, this would be helpful for me. I was getting frustrated at this point because she had no solutions for me. A patron at this time offered for me to use his unsanitary pocket knife so that I could cut my salad. He was kind, went to the restroom to wash the knife and chatted with me a bit. The girls were still rude to other customers, and disregarded the need for help. They stayed in the back of the kitchen and would not engage with customers. A new employee showed up and the girls refused to help any more customers and then left right away.Lastly, the store was unclean, tables were all sticky, and had food on them. The girls simply did not care about customer service or the Subway Brand.I wish corporate would show up and see these girls working.I do need to add, the guy that came in to replace the gals, was a much harder worker, kind, greeted customers with a smile, did chores, and took pride in his work. He wore stylish gold glasses.

They were out of 3 soda fountain drinks, dirty store. I see why they are struggling. It's unfortunate because my kiddos love subway. We may seek a newer store.

The worker didn't great us. When we got there it was open for an hour. We ordered breakfast sandwiches. No eggs were defrosted. She started defrosting and stopped it. We ended walking away with cold egg sandwiches. Young workers with limited professional workmanship.

Work across the street and went over my lunch break. There were no other people in line yet I stood there for about 15 minutes while both employees continued to fill online orders rather than acknowledge me further than a glance and eye contact. Since I only had 30 minutes, I decided to leave and go to Panera.

07/06/2023 10:15am To kick things off we mobile ordered our food, we had a coupon for a BOGO footlong. My sub was the free sub, and it was absolutely ruined with an absurd amount of ranch and Buffalo that I couldn't event finish it. Second, the bathroom was absolutely filthy, piss sitting in the toilet, piss all over the seat, toilet paper all over the floor, and no paper towels to dry your hands. Third, the girl behind the counter couldn't care less about her job. She was sitting in the back on her phone while we were eating. When we ordered some cookies and sodas to go she was acting like a complete asshole. Like we were interrupting her phone time. ALSO, all your soda was flat so that's convenient for everyone.

They need to hire more people. They have only one extremely slow person, and took her 8 minutes to do one sandwich for the person in front of me in line. And 10 minutes for the other. Sandwiches are OK, but waiting time unacceptable.

Had my boyfriend stop by and get me one if the new expensive subs. I don't mind paying extra for extras, or for good food. Ordered the outlaw w extra steak, ez green peppers, footlong. On one side of my sandwich there is sauce and cheese and onions. The other side of the footlong, just has steak. No sauce, no veggies, no extra cheese. Like I said. I don't mind paying 15$ for a foot long in today's economy. Please get it right.

My husband stopped here at 7:00pm and they refused him service because they only were taking "pick up orders" and no longer "dine-in"... even though there was a family eating inside of the restaurant when he attempted to order. The store stated on the door that they close at 9:00pm. Very disappointing.

Horrible service all around. Very dirty floors, no floor mat by front door causing a slip hazzard, and tables were sticky. Two girls that were working were preoccupied with themselves. They were not paying attention at all, most of the food items needed to be refilled, and you could hear swearing. Very disappointed as I haven't been to subway in a while that I wanted to try the new menu.
