What a surprise. Nestled in an Industrial Park. Our dishes were just what we were hoping for. My Singapore noodles had just enough heat and curry flavor. It had lots of thinly sliced vegetables and plenty of protein. My husband was looking for a brown sauce chow mein and was pleased with what he got. He said it was delicious. This is my opinion and my Chinese wife's option of this Chinese cuisine with over 50+ years experience cooking and enjoy the variety of Chinese dishes. We have gone over to the Red Ginger at least 7 times ourselves in the last 6 months. Most weekends, the Red Ginder is full by 7 pm, and we have noticed large birthday and anniversary parties here regularly also.
